"Our reservation was on time and we were seated at a large table in the center of the restaurant. We had mentioned when booking that we were celebrating a tattoo but were not informed that we needed to download an app to place our order. We eventually figured out how to use the app to order drinks and food on our own, but encountered a problem and had to go to the bar to order again. The drinks were decent and served promptly, but the food took over an hour to arrive, with the last burger coming out at the same time as the first one. We had to visit the bar twice to inquire about our order. Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience and do not plan to return. It may be more suitable for smaller groups, as ordering was challenging for our group. Suggest providing clearer instructions on how to use the app and assigning a server dedicated to larger parties in the future to improve the dining experience."

"I have been a loyal customer of The West Park restaurant since its relaunch, but I must admit that I am struggling to find reasons to continue dining there in the future. I am part of a breakfast club and unfortunately, the breakfast offerings are not up to par. The poached eggs are often overcooked and the bacon is tough like shoe leather. I have to specifically request toast, even though it should be included. The quality has deteriorated so much that we have decided to find another venue. It is disappointing to see things go so wrong. Recently, I brought clients there for dinner and it was a disappointment. The ribeye, ordered medium rare, was well done and I could only eat half of it, as could my guest. The chips had a powdery texture and were unappetizing. Despite the friendly service from an Italian waiter who checked on us, I did not want to spoil his night by complaining. I understand the challenges faced by front-of-house staff, but it is unfair for them to bear the brunt of the kitchen's shortcomings. I do not wish to cause any trouble and would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed, as I do want to continue supporting The West Park in the future."

"we visited the krone in egham, but do not have the opportunity to visit them. we discovered this pub that is in the same chain and served the same menu (almost). it is fast to our local pub. look at the brot and the butter pudding, this is the best of all time! the duck seems to never be available, however, and Sunday triple roast does not live entirely up to expectations, but overall we have visited several, only for the other excellent dishes and the service. dogs are also welcome."

"Having seen the Christmas lights at Kingston Lacy we thought we would book a table at the Horns Inn. Still a lovely place to have just a drink and maybe a snack. We had booked for an evening meal, plenty of choice from burgers to a plentiful mixed grill. Well stocked beers, wines and spirits at competitive prices. We went for the fish pie with creamy mash and peas. The pie had cubed fish and prawns with leeks in a creamy chowder sauce. A pud has to be done and we went for the rhubarb and ginger crumble with ice-cream (or custard). Well laid out tables/seating good food and drinks worth a try."

"We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The service and staff were fantastic. The only issue we encountered was that the menu online was different from the one we received at the table. This discrepancy should be addressed, as other customers have also mentioned the same issue. Despite this, we will definitely return as it was a great spot for a pre-theater dinner and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you again."

"Deliveroo again. Flavours are amazing! Vegan chicken, Caesar salad, which I really enjoyed. I chose the carbonara pizza as I saw on another review that it was highly recommended, I can also highly recommend it really amazing flavours and I had additional mushrooms and garlic on mine. Another year passed, I had more deliverys from here. I opted for the blue cheese and roasted pear pizza which was spicy with chilli oil and cold courgetti with pesto and sun dried tomato, both excellent. Next night I had the ceasar salad again (still good), mac and cheese and roasted cheesy potatoes. Everything was excellent. One of my favs! Updated from previous review on 2023-01-11"

"Having never quite been convinced by the menu and decor to ever entertain an evening out at Missoula, it came as a welcome surprise how wonderful the new occupier of the premises is proving to be. The bustling Friday trade did not slow the service...and we received a mouthwatering array of small plates and a sharing platter more than ample for our group of three. I highly recommend the small plates the selection of five provides a lip smacking variety of dishes ranging from cauliflower wings (delightful) to arancini balls and burnt beef ends. Actually also a fan of the sharing platter with chicken wings, chicken strips, onion rings, chips, roast, medley of sauces and sausage. "I have been ordering from this particular Papa John's location for the past 5 years ever since I came here as a student. I have had them make large quantities of pizza for parties, and they always turn out perfect. I have ordered well over 150 pizzas from this branch. They use good quality ingredients, and I appreciate that they offer vegan and low gluten options. The delivery is always fast, especially during busy times. Recently, there was a mistake on the website during payment (which I was told will be fixed), and when I called to place an order over the phone, I forgot to specify that I wanted it vegan. The employee on the phone was extremely helpful and rectified the situation, even sending over a free pizza and ice cream. I am impressed by this level of customer service and will continue to order from this location for years to come. Thank you."

"The venue was very close, so much so that they only offered food for those who had made reservations in advance. The staff present did their best and were very attentive. Unfortunately, many guests arrived only to leave a few minutes later. Several items on the menu were unavailable, including fish cakes, sea bass, salmon, cod, and the cheese plate. However, the food that was available was quite good and excellent. Both restrooms lacked soap, and the men's room had a water leak, leaving the floor soaked. It's a shame, as the place has a lot of potential; I won't be returning."

If you get a main with several types of meat, you might not even need a page. It lacks spices, but it fixes a salt scatter. Had it with garlic butter, which also lacked taste, but salt also fixed it. We had chicken wings for beginners and they were terrible. They should be spicy, but there were no spices and they greased the sour cream made them worse. It was bad. But the main thing for this"

"Meal was brilliant. However, Veg had a small chemical taste. We asked for space for a stroller before the visit and they accepted that we were placed at the main entrance and the people had to enter the stroller out of the way. We sat with finished plates for half an hour and when they collected the plates, we sat for another 45 minutes. with no one sure we were all right. It was quite expensive and overall the staff were really friendly. It might have been a little better."

"Recently did a bottomless brunch at bowers tap. I have been to a lot of brunches but this was the best. Drinks and food menu was varied, service was fast but fun (shout out to Ryan who took great care of us), and we had easy access to a big screen for sports. Not only was it the best quality, itwas actually the cheaper of brunches avaliable in leeds. For an added bonus they also had a Halloween themed brunch based in strangers things, which just wow'd me. Champagne brunch at lemonade prices!"

"visited the place at two different locations. the first time was on a Saturday night. great music and ambiente, but what the show stole was their list of cocktails. therefore decided to try some. all were exceptional, I would recommend the 5 stars tee for the rum lovers and show me the monkeys for the whisky dinkers who want to try something else. the Watermelon actor 'full moon party' was decent and thought us more. After we had the wonderful experience, we decided to go back this time with a bigger baptism. everything was the same, but we were disappointed as the bar offers were not trained enough to create the different cocktails on their menu, which was due to the fact that it was a weekday. I would recommend visiting the place at a weekend to have some drinks with friends and enjoy the lively atmosphere."

"I went into this bar for a catch up with some old friends. We sat having a nice catch up when the doormen arrived. They then asked us for proof of vaccination, I provided proof in the form of my vaccination card from the nhs,...apparently this was not valid?? Turns out that one of the doormen “Jamie” has a problem with my pals. Completely unacceptable that they behave this way and absolutely incompetent. I will never go in there again. Only reason for a higher rating was that the bar staff and all the kitchen staff to be honest were lovely, however avoid evenings because the door staff are horrific."
