"We ate here on the first night of our holiday and so glad we did. We ate early (6.45pm) and it filled up quite quickly after 7pm. The range of tapas options was great, with different food styles and flavours from around the world. We ordered 6 dishes, no bread, with the intention of having dessert, but we were too full. Never mind what we had was delicious! The wine by the glass was also very good. £80 total, including tip."

"This large pub offers great food and is highly recommended. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We dined with 8 people, including 2 children and a dog, during lunchtime. The bar staff were particularly helpful with everything from dividing the bill to serving drinks. The food was fantastic and perfectly cooked, thanks to the talented kitchen staff. Our meals all arrived at the same time, hot and full of flavor. The pub also has a huge beer garden that is well-maintained, with pigs and chickens kept at a distance from the dining area. Dogs are welcome in all areas, and you can even enjoy a drink at the bar with your furry friend! I would definitely recommend a visit to this pub for a meal or simply a drink. The staff are great and the atmosphere is welcoming."

"It’s sort of become tradition for my wife I to treat ourselves to a breakfast out on our last day on holiday after leaving our cottage accommodation. We spent a week in Richmond; have never been to the area before and were pleased, after internet searching, to have found this lovely place. We had to leave our cottage by 10:00am and drove the short distance straight to Middlemoor Farm and, so, arrived quite early on a Saturday morning – we were the first to arrive. It was a lovely sunny day, which just emphasised the lovely surroundings. We were greeted by a lovely lady who asked us if we’d been before, to which we said no, and she explained that it was her first ever morning on breakfasts. She was most friendly and made us feel so-very welcome. There are plenty of tables inside and we chose to sit near a window overlooking a field with sheep grazing – I mean…what an idyllic place to have your breakfast. She and the Cook were so accommodating when we asked if we could both have a ‘full English’ but with veggie sausages instead of meat sausages bacon. I say accommodating because a veggie version was not on their menu and they had to look to see if they had any, which they did. That’s worth noting for those wishing not to eat meat – just ask ‘em and see. The breakfast, side plate of toast butter and pot of tea was just perfect – really tasty and we didn’t leave a thing. There’s a lovely shop attached with many gift items, very clean toilet facilities and in addition to the indoor seating, there’s plenty of outdoor seating too; some of which were covered with a gazebo during our visit. They have card payment facilities. Thank you to the staff of Middlemoor Farm Café for making our traditional last day breakfast out one to remember – we will be back if-staying in the area again."

"I went to Deserie with my friend Dec It was the first time since the recent renovations and extension of the restaurant had been completed. It is so much bigger and the table are very well distanced from each other. The decor is...great and the lighting perfect. The air is clean and fresh. There are so many servers which is great, as anything you want is catered for so quickly. We both had the grilled kalamari and octopus, beautiful crispy hot chips with a lovely greek salad (who cares if it an iceberg lettuce and not a cos Lettuce (Effie G). It was a great bowl of fresh ingredients. The taramasalata was creamy and pitta bread was lovely and hot. Complementary fruit for too, grapes, pineapple, melon and orange slices. Portions are generous and you don't leave hungry. So good I'm back there this Friday, with my daughter and son in law. We were having a meat free evening but i can equally recommend their chargrill kebabs and the sea bass is to die for."

"The staff were amazing, they did a thank you to the community for their support with an invitation buffet, food was good in stock and really delicious, rice was fluffy and delicious. Perfect. Thank you. Edit: After reading some of the other reviews, I feel compelled to work out something. The food was on site, it was kept warm on the buffet, which is not easy to do especially with rice, as it dries easily, but everything was good. The kitchen could be seen while getting drinks in the bar and I would say happy it was clean, but in use, nothing I would not expect to see in a busy restaurant middle layer, and it was busy waiting people to get a place busy. The staff, I only saw the cook back and for the storage of the buffet, he was polite and polite, even though standing there holding piping hot large tablets of food happy waiting for the people to finish their filling before it through. The type clearing and cleaning of the tables was then on the table within seconds and then cleaning ready for the next eager customer. Above all, the manager /owner, he was very polite, very willing to help and be honest some of the best customer service I receive for longer than I would remember, he deserves the 5 stars of himself. I think it speaks volume when a company actually needs the time to respond to reviews, which tells you that they really care about your experience. I can't imagine putting it differently than I have your service and food tonight and for returning to the customers you supported. Go on what you do best."

"I went in here for a drink quiet recently and it's was alright staff were friendly I met a few people I knew from antique stores. I never go here on a Friday or Saturday night too much hassle. I live in torquay however I check with the people I know who also use this bar and I do agree with them that food can be hot and miss whether u get a good meal or not. I disagree with others who have left reviews saying this bar is dirty its actually tidy compared to most in torbay. I know most of their staff in here although I keep myself to myself as much as possible. I find their fruit machines are fair and win fairly often on them. I love the atmosphere in here and sometimes come in with my old grandad who loves a hot chocolate every now and then. I know my grandad wants to try your fish and chips one Friday but don't know when but hopefully he will enjoy it. I know your in tough competition when The babbacome inn do a fantastic cod and chip so we'll see who's best I guess... lets hope it's still a five star review after trying it... I believe to make proper reviews u got to try the drinks for a start see the staff serve u are polite and friend can have a laugh and of course at least once or twice try the food I did have a curry in here once I didn't rate at all but do try good at least twice in any pub or restaurant in torquay before u truly judge it thats why there will be another review coming if my meal not up to standand next time I have it in yates with my grandad."

"Really disappointed by the poor service and attitude of the woman who was serving tonight. Very abrupt and impatient. You could tell she was in a hurry to go home we weren't even asked if would like coffee's or dessert there were 13 of us and she even left before we did and we left at 9. 30ish.Would have been finished earlier had we not waited well over an hour for our mains. There is usually a lovely softly spoken Greek lady taking orders and serving who is the epitome of politeness the person serving tonight could take some lessons from her."

"The staff appeared to be a bit too busy to check if everything was okay. The fish was greasy, the cheesy chips were overcooked, and the halloumi fries were inedible. It's not often that I send something back, but I did this time. However, they didn't charge us for the fries, which is why I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 2. "Came here with our families first, loved it so returned the following weekend! The Special menu was different so we had to order the Chicken and Chorizo risotto the Spanish Chicken. In terms of the cocktails Bramble and Daiquiri are our favourites! Also the lamb spring rolls are something I never tasted before! From the previous trip pizzas are a bit more mediocre, but the Lamb Rump stole my heart. Incredible manager, wonderful Cody atmosphere in the main pub and lovely young staff who can makeistakes, but are otherwise attentive and kind. Would absolutely recommend and would be returning! We vote for the introduction of the Loyalty Programme :"

"After booking a table at Artemis because all of the restaurants in Maidstone were booked; it has become clear after suffering from severe food poisoning why Artemis was the only restaurant with a table available. I would not recommend any of the seafood meals on the menu especially the muscles. After what me and my date thought was a lovely meal out, it became clear very quickly that night it was not. Again, I would not recommend eating at this restaurant, absolutely awful and I am now very poorly!!"

"We were taken here by friends as a treat. Arrived at 6.30 and it was busy, with both inside and outside drinking areas. We were promptly shown to our table for 4. Staff were attentive and immediately offered to get our drinks from the bar. The menu is Greek food but there is an English menu available for the less adventurous diner. Our order was taken and our food was delivered to us in impressive time, despite the place being very busy. We all had starters and mains. The portions are generous and the flavours are lovely. I had the stuffed vine leaves to start and the chicken kebab for mains. I will definately return. Excellent value for money, fantastic service, and a complimentary toffee vodka to finish. What's not to like?"

"We had lunch on Sunday using a Groupon voucher. We were warmly welcomed and served promptly. The portion sizes were generous for two people, enough for us to take some home. The server kindly offered a takeaway box in case we couldn't finish our meals. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The only downside was that the atmosphere felt a bit lacking, possibly because it was a large restaurant and we were the only ones dining inside."

"Nice position right on the seafront, and friendly staff, but does have its flaws. A friend of mine won't go because the beer was awful (bad lines), however mine was ok on last visit. But when I did go, I asked if someone was still sitting at the table as it had empty glasses on it, was told no so went and sat down, yet the staff didn't come and take the glasses or wipe down the sticky table, despite it being dead in there. I think just a bit more attention to detail, cleanliness and ensuring the lines are good would make a world of difference."

"Fantastic food, ive been to Andreous a number of times and always found the food to be outstanding. The overall quality of atmosphere and food is very high. However the service is often brutally slow and borderline neglectful. The last time in the restaurant we wait over a half hour to jave our food order even taken, with around 7 or tables sat and two servers. I've worked in hospitality and understand how hard it can be and the reality and limitations but I found the service this and every time rk be a let down.the only gripe of an authentic, flavourful and tasteful restaurant that is a credit to arbroath."

"I had such an amazing evening at this restaurant while celebrating a birthday party. The atmosphere is so authentic, and you instantly feel welcomed. The owner is friendly, polite, and very entertaining. The staff is efficient and warm, providing excellent service. I enjoyed the lamb and Greek salad, which were both generous portions. The lamb was incredibly tender and full of flavor, making it a delight to eat. They also have a beautiful selection of wines and dessert options. I tried the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream—delicious! The owner even played some Greek music and led us in a little Greek dance. "A few weeks ago we ordered delivery from Cafe Aina through Just Eat, and after an hour it hadn’t arrived. We got a call from the guy working there to apologise and say that they hadn’t made our food yet because their stuff was FLOATING AWAY IN A FLOOD. I was like, that’s wild, please don’t worry about it. But the guy still made our food ! and then when the Just Eat driver couldn’t make the delivery because of, y’know, the flooding, this guy came and delivered it straight to our door to make sure we got it. I didn’t catch his name but what a hero!"
