"Booked a table for 8 at 6.15 by an open table. Depending on the fact that they do not receive my booking. Open table bug not mine. Wait for the next free table for 6 people by 6.45. After the invitation of me, we finally served our food at 7.30, at which time my rugged and therefore hyper 3 Yro son literally ran around the walls. 7 burgers/ bungalows/ onion rings were completely cold and tasteless with soggy bases, but served with very hot frits. We waited again for children desert ice?! , had to chase our bill and finally with a bunch of children who eat too long and fed dirt with boredom from sitting on a small table. Paying £105 pounds for the worst evening in a long time is not something I would recommend or ever repeat."

"We have eaten many times in this restaurant in recent years, but it seems to us that the service and restaurant itself is getting worse and worse! First, on our last visit the host said that our booking NOT about Open Table fortunately we were happy that another couple had canceled, so we had their table. It took a very long time to serve our main course after we had finished our appetizers, I had to ask the staff 3 times where the food was, each time it was explained that we showed a cinema to get, we had booked the restaurant for an hour and half before our departure, so it should have been a lot of time to serve our food and have eaten for us. The chicken pasta was bland and tasteless, so hardly was eaten. Finally, the music was played so loud in the restaurant that we had to scream to have heard us; not what you would expect in a restaurant. We won't come to visit there for a long time!"

"from a possible catastrophe to a perfect night. we came and set ourselves 3 grown-up 2 little children. we ordered drinks etc. the children were put down. then we ordered food and said they had no diligence. so our favorite baskets and pizzas were out of the question. such a scandal. beautiful katie was sympathetic and so nice to my children. we were offered a few on the house weeping and a 'extra special' dessert for my children for after. we were made to feel very special and it turned into such a beautiful night! thank you, catie and john. beautiful love to detail and customer service! beautiful eating as always! thanks, youngs. x"

"Had the BEST experience at this restaurant, went with my sister, ordered one of the hot dogs, my sister ordered the ribs. We were sat down by a young girl who asked for our drink order, we ordered and waiting a little for them, then our server came over, his name was kieran, we told him we were still waiting on our drinks he came over straight away. Had a lovely chat with him, he asked for our order, the food came quick, he asked if we needed a tip up on our drinks, checked our meal was okay and it was lovely. He was SO attentive, smiley and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Could not recommend this service more due to this young man. He had us laughing the whole time, couldn’t of done more, he was like this with every table he served :"

"Loved this place, really nice food good quality and reasonable price. Made my order on line, got a meal deal for over £30, but didn’t want 3 curries. Told them, no problem, really nice, had a glass of wine whilst waiting’ for my order I collected. Got home, guess waiting and we were item missing, called them, but the attitude of the guy who answered was shocking, he accused me of lying and said he had packed this himself, well it wasn’t and I wasn’t having this accusation. It wasn’t the fact it was 70p, or even £700, it was th the fact he was rude and started telling me about his banking issues. I’m done here, you keep the item, you’ve now lost a good customer. I won’t be spoken like this. You wasn’t busy as I was there, maybe thats why you’re losing customers, your treating them with contempt , if you need to lye to gain additional money, your not fit to trade,that’s stealing !"

"we squeezed in, even though we're booked out. sarah was excellent when providing a first-class customer service. she gave us a warm welcome and even spared us 5 minutes to ask us for our day. it was always attentive, offers us more drinks, check if we are comfortable and recommend dishes from the menu. It is amazing to see a “Hands-on” manager that is on the floor, with the rest of the team that is looking for guests. eating was hot, tasty and served quickly. would definitely recommend it and visit again soon."

"I love this place. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. So much that it feels like home now. We are a family when Fussy-Esser, but instead of being annoyed, the waiting staff can not be helpful to ensure that all menu changes are made correctly for us. (Harrison and Vania are up tonight and have already hatched pasta and salads for us. Even Telmo now knows exactly how to cook the wings of my daughter perfectly to her taste. I add a review today because as a vegetarian I am so excited with the new vegan menu and really hope that they will hold it last January!"

"On arrival we informed the hostess that we had an offer that was a meal and a drink for £5.99 , she told us it was only for a meal but we told her the offer included a drink and showed her the offer , she again said it was only for the meal but would ask her manager , she came back and told us that the manager had said the same that it was only for a meal , I showed the manager the voucher and she said she would go and check the terms and conditions , she came back and told us we were actually right , we had an email with the headlines “ Meal and a drink for £5.99” It made us feel very uncomfortable and we could not wait to leave !"

"We booked a table of via the App it was easy and the email confirmation came straight away we arrived at the restaurant to be told they had no knowledge of our booking!!! They found places for us all split up on separate tables.... what a joke to top it off the food and service was really poor they gave us a discount due to Open Tables poor operations and it ruining our night out. "After sitting for 20 minutes without a drinks order we were asked if we were ready to order our food. We said no and that we hadn’t ordered our drinks yet. The staff were very apologetic so we were hopeful that would be that. Sadly...not as the drinks took another 20 odd minutes to arrive. After a long wait for the food as well the burgers were nice, but the fries stone cold. We asked what the problem was and they said they had internal issues and our server hadn’t had a break in 10 hours. We won’t be going back. Clearly they can’t cope in that particular restaurant. I’m sure other Frankie and Bennies are fine. Just not the Crawley one sadly."

"We had some negative experiences at different restaurants in the past, including this one. However, we had a great evening tonight and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was empty, so we were seated immediately. The staff was incredibly attentive, and our food arrived quickly. While it wasn't piping hot, it was very delicious. As a family, we managed to enjoy our meal for £25, including drinks. Our little ones were a bit messy and noisy, but the staff remained very friendly and accommodating. Based on the excellent service we received, we would definitely return. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!"

"We used to love Frankie and Benny's, but unfortunately, the one in Barrow has closed down. We had a Groupon coupon, so it was great value for money. "Terrible experience. The only positive was how quickly the food arrived. Everything else was disappointing. First, the waiter brought us a dirty glass. The starters were decent, but my main course had a fly on the tomatoes. There was no apology; my plate was just taken away without a word. For dessert, I ordered the apple cake, which turned out to be very soggy. Once again, it was taken away quickly without any explanation, and I wasn't asked if I wanted anything else or if it should be replaced. I ended up canceling the apple cake and requested the bill. No apologies were offered at any point! Overall, poor service and bad food."

"Booked this restaurant because we were going to the Palladium. Good service. Our main course was very good, only problem one order was crispy chicken which came in a burger, not as ordered. I ordered fresh blueberries with compote and yogurt as my dessert, waitress brought me a blueberry cheesecake, when I said not what I ordered was told that it was the only blueberry thing on the menu. I eat some of it but didn't enjoy it. When our bill was brought to us I queried it the waiter knocked the price of the dessert off the bill. But was not very impressed with the attitude of the waitress."

She mentioned that these problems had arisen the day before, so we would have appreciated an early message or communication letting us know that the reservation had to be canceled."
