"Myself and my partner ate at Frankies in Cramlington last week. From when we got there to when we left we were looked after by a young lady called Lauren. She showed us to our seats which were right in the window and asked if...we would like drinks straight away or she could come back which was nice. After looking at the menu for a few minutes Lauren came to take our order and all questions we had were answered very well. When the food arrived it was served nice and tasted great. After we had finished our food our plates were taken away and we were asked if everything was ok with our meals. We particularly liked this as I don’t like to be bothered during my meal. If it wasn’t nice, then we would inform staff. Lauren returned to our table to ask if we wanted anything more. We paid the bill and left a bigger tip than usual because of the great service."

I went to this restaurant with my family last week. Our server, Alex, was excellent with the kids and made them feel at ease. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely return for another meal the next time we go to the movies!

We went with our two grandkids, one had pizza and we ordered fish and chips. The dishes were delicious and served hot. The portion of fish and chips was huge, more than we could finish. we went here for a family meal before the cinema it cost us around £50 for the 2 adult and small child meal we got and the portions were tiny and honest, not very appetizing. eating was not great either...and seems fresh. and some parts were obviously only heated to fake meal times. as a shame as we have always visited. do not think that we are back when there are more value restaurants in the environment

After leaving the kids at the cinema on a Sunday, I decided to give this place another try. I had always found it a bit overpriced in the past, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a meal with fries and was impressed by the larger portion size and beautiful presentation. The food was delicious and I couldn't finish it all! The service was great, even though the restaurant was busy. I was really impressed and hope this improvement is long-lasting.
