"Once it was received that a potential new member of 100 black men of london, damian george, had a connection in a Roti shop, president elect saw it as his urgent duty to find out whether the Roti shop was worthy of a presidential stamp of the permit. Despite a journey of over 1 hour from me, I have taken over the epic challenge to reach hilltop roti in west ealing. and for the happiness for me it was not only worth the trip, it meant my weekend started with a fantastic Friday! from the minute I went, I was warmly welcomed and felt at home as if I had fallen in the family. although on the menu no double with pholourie were available, it was the perfect starter for me. it was worth waiting as it was cooked, this version with extra spice in the tamarindensoße was really exceptional and full of taste. my ginger squash to wash it was the perfect companion. as I enjoyed the very generous portion size, I was little to know that it would affect my ability to manage my ital roti. while at some places in the life size 'may' not important when it comes to the art form of eating redi, especially after having a generous part of pholourie, size does surely important! especially if they factor in the E-P-I-C size of the redis at hilltop! so my ital roti was introduced and to say that it packed a stamp would be an understatement. callaloo, channa, pumpkin and kartoffeln are the usual ingredients, but president elect asked to garnelen (as she ran out of channa. So my ital became a tailor-made product worthy of every president! I had many a rotten life in my youth, but I can honestly say I had no so full of flavor! through! and with a part of the delightful pfeffer available, I could regulate the heat on my little ones, how and when I wanted! this epic roti was twice the size of the rotis I bought before! when I came through with a smile on my face half, I was fully satisfied and satisfied, but what kind of one eats only half a roti? so with another delicious ginger quash for the support I have attacked the 2nd half of the roti and also some of the delicate full taste of the mutton roti my esszimmerpartner tried out with my peice at the end I decided very hard to accept the so I will probably be forced to prove myself! little mistakes: there were no Soca games when I visited! total summary; hilltop is a place you can sit for 2 hours and enjoy delicious, fresh, full flavour trini eating, excellent value for money, with excellent customer service, (plus, you can also bring your own alcohol! a must visit place, recommended by 100 black men of london president elect!"

"My friend and I have celebrated each other's birthdays with a lunch, in Adam's Brasserie, at Luton Hoo, for the last years or more. Needless to say, we would not keep returning were the food not up to standard. The staff are friendly and efficient, happy to go above and beyond for any requests you may have. We ask for a special birthday plate and they come with Happy Birthday in chocolate with decorations of fruit and edible sauce patterns and a candle, to make a wish and blow out!I had carpaccio of beef and it was delicious. My friend had the soup and I always notice that the better the food, the greater the lack of conversation. For our main course, I had steak. Apparently, it is meant to be a little tough. I did ask! I won't have it again. However, my friend had the gnocchi, and was remarkably quiet as she cleaned her plate. I may well try that next time, if it's available.Dessert was a strawberry and sherry trifle. Needless to say, not a word was spoken until every last bit had been consumed. Throughout the meal, our waitress kept checking that everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything.I often judge a restaurant by the state of the ladies room. Adam's Brasserie ladies room is spotless with hand wash and hand cream provided. There is a large basket full of individual towels with which to dry your hands and the room smells amazing. The only improvement I would suggest would be checking the wallpaper. An exceptional meal enjoyed in exceptional surroundings, served by friendly, exceptional staff. We'll see you again in January, for my birthday"

"Dear all I have looked at your policies and I couldn’t find the information of that group policy online I have no words how to describe how disappointed all of this and frankly not welcoming I was quite ashamed to be honest Last night a group of queer girls in their 40s were trying to get in at 10:45 no queue at this time we all met in Lesbos , the island of Sappho Do lesbians still have a voice in this community? Do older lesbians have an equality right to be in a queer place? We were refused entry because we were Friends and 14 of us We have selected Dalston as the girls wanted to come to DS after dinner I live in Dalston and I supported you from your opening, in your moments of despair pandemic time , I was always there for you But you, let me down yesterday and I felt ashamed that this was the queer London Those 14 girls, 7 live in london, 2 in Paris , the rest in Rome One was driving from Hertfordshire yes , 5 were staying in Depford and because of the overground strike had to take an Uber £40 to come to your place Anyway we got refused entry , the girls couldn’t believe this was the queer London This was under the rain You should make your policy very very very clear if you don’t want groups so people just don’t bother What I know is now the girls think you are against lesbians of a certain age 40s!!!! as it is how it felt I believe the guy at the entrance didn’t like the way we look and that was it agist, sexist it seems in whole it’s grandeur I think this is really sad!!!! And it is certainly not the Dalston superstore I was proud of you really changed and not in a good way I walked back home at 2:30am and there was many young cid straight girls who got accepted but you refused your gays shame on you Best wishes"
