Came here for Mothers Day with my daughters. Food was delicious and service was brilliant. A busy restaurant with good atmosphere, will definitely return.

Me and my sister went to Liverpool for the weekend and called in here for a meal. The waitress Maisie was lovely and very attentive. The food was amazing would certainly go there again

Booked a table online only to get there to be told they don’t have the menu advertised it’s only pizza and salad...disappointing considering they text earlier in the day to confirm booking could of rang and let us know the menu had changed pizza wasn’t...

Hello, Many thanks for your lovely hospitality, you have made our five days stay in Liverpool better. We'd like to say thanks to all the staff in the restaurant, they are very friendly and welcoming. The service and the food were very good, with a variety of dishes and desserts. The location is excellent near the prettiest tourist areas of Liverpool. Not worth a review …. Menu basic we were told under transition but nothing to say this on website …shocking menu and food … this is also the restaurant that’s does breakfast for the hotel …. Food cold … wouldn’t rate this any stars to be honest. Cocktail bar …. you really are having a laugh … no staff and the staff they do have are inexperienced not that’s their fault. We asked for our table to be cleaned for my husband to be passed a cloth … to clean ourselves which he did. We also had starters on arrival due to lack of food on menus … we had bbq chicken and finger food ..we asked for wet wipes to get given wet cloth to wash the bar area with … needless to say myself and my husband went to...

Fustrating experience. We went for afternoon tea for 2, we were the only ones in there yet they took forever to serve us didn’t offer us any top ups on the tea. Then all the staff disappeared after giving us the food…..we had to wait over 30 minutes since finishing the meal to request the bill where we had to walk OUT of the restaurant into the hotel reception ask them to find the restaurant staff…The food was nice except the quiche was all burnt to crisp which is unbelievable they thought that was okay to serve. We turned up for a bottomless gin brunch which we had previously been to a few years ago and enjoyed. Online it was a large menu with plenty of choice which stated it also included a buffet of cold foods and live entertainment. When arriving we arrived to an empty restaurant and silence. One member of staff sat around, no live entertainment, no buffet and a completely different menu. The menu had about 4 items on one of which they said was unavailable. When we asked were all of the other options were like online they said they are “in the process of re doing the menu”. Complete false adversing we should of been told this upon booking.
