"We always enjoy a visit to Zucca, tho it's best to avoid theatre matinee days, when it can get very hectic. The food is good, service pleasant and helpful and it is particular good value with the Groupon voucher. The Affogato is the best."

"It's a beautiful place to enjoy an excellent evening, whether you're going to have a coffee, or if you're looking for a good meal or you want to have a cocktail or a beer. Much of its charm lies in the setting and theme of the establishment based on French art. Both the interior and the terrace will make you feel as if you were in the 1920s Paris. Even the bathrooms are eye-catching and styled. All employees are educated and helpful. Although we were surprised that the ticket included the tip, we cannot complain about the treatment received. As soon as the food, the menu is varied enough to choose between several options and find something that draws your attention. The dishes are abundant and are cooked and tastefully presented. The price of the dishes given their location and quality has seemed correct. It is above other establishments that are in the area, but without being exaggerated. As a detail and if you like music it is worth mentioning that there are jazz concerts some Sundays, something that is definitely worth it."

"Food was very tasty, atmosphere lively, and quite loud. Service was not what I'd expect for a higher priced restaurant like this. It took ages for anyone to even take an initial drinks order, even though we were sat right in front of the kitchen. No one seemed to be allocated to oversee our table so service continued to be hit and miss until Cesare got involved. He rectified the errors of his colleagues and was actually really entertaining and left us feeling that it was a fun evening. Thank you Cesare!"

"A very unassuming outside and a basic layout this restaurant is a real find. Super food-sole in lemon sauce amazing and has kind and profssional service. Due to a reduced Fringe and following the pandemic this place deserves support. A super little restaurant well worth locating and not too far as a walk from th Commonweath Pool."

"I always wonder if the place serves nice food. from outside the restaurants looks quite traditional, they have a lot of Italian products on the window that looks like a business more than a restaurant. as soon as they enter, there is no decoration, the place is easy. my friend and I ordered a pizza, because the rest of the menu was a bit boring and not very appetizing. while we waited, they offered bread with olive oil. brot was the one they find in tesco, the one they use to do their triangle sandwich before a trip! I would rather have expected a piece of Italian bread than this. because in this night there were not many people in the restaurant and...read more"

"One of the most beautiful restaurants in London! All the different rooms are a must see but I particularly enjoyed the pink room (the Gallery) the afternoon tea; it was a wonderful experience, starting with the service, the staff uniforms, walls and decorations, and the food didn’t disappoint either! It felt like a dream! The walls also have original prints and drawings by David Shrigley adding a sense of fun and just consolidates the feeling of being in a story. It felt like a wes anderson set."

"I have loved this restaurant for many years, the food and service has always been reliably amazing, really inventive with good quality ingredient's. I took some friends on Saturday so they could appreciate the food but it was so disappointing the wine was excellent, the canopies delicious (as always), but the starter with lobster, hardly contained any, and the main course which was rabbit could have been anything it was such a let down and will not chance again"

"this was our first time at Reid’s. eating was really nice, steak was slightly underboiled (for medium rare, but less rare). my cocktail came after our starters arrived. I had to ask twice for the cocktail. the service was really poor, had to ask twice for the drink. when our head arrived, they forgot the garlic bread, so we had to ask and also had to ask for steak knives. the waiter didn't seem really interested. there were 3 large groups, however, so that we gave them the advantage of the doubt. not sure we're coming back."

"Great place for dinner, my friends and I, we had a great experience at Sophie’s on last Saturday. The cocktails and the food were absolutely amazing. I had the gnocchi, and I’d definitely order again. The place has a nice atmosphere, it doesn’t even look like we were in Dublin, and the service was impeccable. We were served by a nice and friendly asian lady, who took good care of us. The management was also good, we arrived at the front desk and we didn’t wait too long to go to our table, everything was prepared and waiting for us. Everyone was very professional."

"Our waitress was lovely and food was good. We were served the wrong meals which sat in front of us for some time before they realised their mistake. The meals were then taken over the other table. Personally I would not have accepted food that was getting cold and which had been sitting with other people. Pizzas and pastas were good. Wine was extortionate for what it was around pounds for a basic chianti."

"Cozy space, friendly servers and nice service, but food was terrible. My fiance and I shared a barbecue chicken pizza and a calzone — the calzone was okay but rather unremarkable (especially for the price), but the pizza was just awful: far too salty, barely any trace of proper barbecue, and without any exaggeration at all the chicken bits tasted of fish instead of actual chicken. Did not want to cause any fuss so I didn 't bother speaking to a manager after being offered the option after giving feedback — this is the first and last time I 'll be dining here."

"Overall a lovely night and great food. The Good: Some of the best fish and chips I 've ever had outside of Yorkshire; wonderful ice cream selection; cosy environment; welcoming staff; reasonably priced food; good wine list The Not So Good: There only seemed to be one drinks menu in the entire restaurant as it had to be passed around the tables (a little frustrating and time consuming ; we arrived at 8pm to find most of the menu had 'sold out '; only a set menu is available on Sundays and there is no warning of this on either the website or the booking confirmation; finally, we asked staff to book a taxi for us back to our hotel and whilst they obliged we were booked into a private chauffeur firm with a min. spend of £40 (ridiculous for a 10 minute drive! with no warning or choice on our part"

"Came here with two friends, my wife, and our two children. Walked in, were taken around back to near where the front door was (so we were pretty cold all the way through). The server (obviously new) originally tried to put us all on what looked like a huge workbench but his supervisor corrected the mistake. After my wife asked for a straw for her pint of coke, he came back with a small cocktail straw, which was no use to anyone. We came here on a Sunday so had the roast menu (after initially being given the wrong menu and having to ask for the right one). I had the pork belly, which included two razor thin slices that looked boiled, a 50p-sized little lump of stuffing, and crackling that looked like it had come from a packet and had been left out for hours (chewy as hell; couldn't eat it). The veg (2 carrots and some shredded cabbage) and Yorkshire pudding were edible at least. This single meal costs £14... £14!!! We'd have gotten better quality at a Toby Carvery for a fraction of the cost!!! There's no excuse for such poor quality when there's like 5 items on the menu. Not only that, they add on a service charge to boot! The only positives from the experience was that they got our order right and the lady at reception (not even part of the restaurant) gave our children some colouring sheets and pencils. Other than that, it was awful and we won't be returning."

"Expectations not met ... no Sunday lunches on offer was told when we arrived “we haven’t anything left “ this was at 5.45 ?? They had tried to ring us and I checked missed call at 5.40 but Was driving unable to answer phone a bit short notice anyway! Not good really saying it was Sunday and advertised as one of the main options on the daily menu “bad management “ we did order another option and it was nicely presented and very tasty but steak served on a wooden platter Doesn’t work when you order sauce as a side just got messy.. on requesting our bill and ready to pay we was then told they couldn’t take card payments and was taking cash only !!! Why tell you at the end of your meal ? Embarrassing!! nobody carry’s much cash around with them was lucky there was a cash machine across from restaurant.. may I suggest you tell your customers before sitting down . Would I go again Yes I think I would Maybe we just picked the wrong day ."

"The service at this restaurant was terrible, the worst I have ever experienced. It was especially disappointing since it was New Year's Eve and you would expect some level of celebration. I would recommend avoiding this place if you are vegan, as the online vegan menu is out of date and not available. The servers did not apologize for this and instead sent the manager to our table, who proceeded to strike out items on the menu that could not be made vegan in a very embarrassing manner. A simple gesture of asking the chef would have been much kinder. The pesto gnocchi I ordered was awful, with a terrible taste even though I typically love pesto. It's unclear why the quality was so poor, especially considering they weren't busy. My advice is to avoid this restaurant altogether."

"Located in a quaint corner of Camden, this small restaurant oozes charm and character. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and laid-back. The food is top-notch, with generous portions. In addition to classic Italian dishes like heavenly Burrata and overflowing antipasto platters, there are also innovative and delicious main courses that will surprise and delight you. I tried the Pork shin baked in Barolo wine and it was absolutely delicious. The Italian Gnocchi are a game changer, I have been craving them ever since. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Overall, this is the perfect place to spend a few hours indulging in excellent food."

"Went here for an impromptu dinner and was well looked after and given lovely food. We weren't too hungry, so didn't order too much. Pasta and Prawns and both were lovely. I glanced over at a Pizza someone was having and that looked nice too. I will be back and it is only a 5 minute walk from my place and crouch hill station- you should really go."

"We arrived at 7:30pm to an empty restaurant and we were greeted by a polite gentleman. We had a drink and ordered our food. The food was very nice but I do feel that as we were the only people in the restaurant that it came very quickly and we were in danger of finishing our meal before we had finished our drinks. Overall we had a lovely evening and after a group of people entered we felt more at ease and less self conscious."

"Myself and a friend have been doing the rounds with michellin star restaurants this will definitely be in our top few favourites. We were led into a charming little nook that was very private. The service was extremely good efficient but also majority of staff were willing to have little chats and seemed appreciate humour. Every dish was fine art carefully plated and tasted amazing, we had been to sketch a couple of weeks before which was also a three star but they are poles are apart with this restaurant being a very clear winner. We were extremely honoured to be given a walk through the kitchens which added to the experience. Utterly delightful would love to come again."

"I took my wife to Bath Christmas Market for her birthday. We agreed we would go somewhere nice for lunch. We are both on a fixed income being pensioners, and we saw they had a lunch menu £18.95 each. Reasonable for lunch and upscale enough for us to consider it a bit special. Booked my table for yesterday at 12.30. With the online booking, they ask you to confirm the menu you want and they then confirm. I could not complete the booking without picking a menu and chose the lunch one. Turned up to be told that the lunch menu was no longer available but replaced by a Festive Menu at £33 each. This was despite the restaurant sending an email 6 hours previously confirming the menu I had chosen. We could have afforded to eat off the festive or main menu but were disinclined because we consider this to be very sharp practice and, if we wanted to pay nearly £80 for lunch with drinks, we would have gone somewhere better. Why give the option of the menu when booking, confirming that it was available 6 hours prior to the visit and then make it unavailable? They knew we were coming on that day. Very disappointed in our treatment"
