"Really disappointed by the poor service and attitude of the woman who was serving tonight. Very abrupt and impatient. You could tell she was in a hurry to go home we weren't even asked if would like coffee's or dessert there were 13 of us and she even left before we did and we left at 9. 30ish.Would have been finished earlier had we not waited well over an hour for our mains. There is usually a lovely softly spoken Greek lady taking orders and serving who is the epitome of politeness the person serving tonight could take some lessons from her."

"I always make sure to call ahead and make a reservation at this restaurant, as they are often busy and I wouldn't want to risk not getting a table. Luckily, I had no issues today. Jo, the host, is a delightful woman who always greets us with a smile and engages in friendly conversation throughout our meal. The food was exceptional and delicious. On this cold day, I decided to order the Moussaka, which was served piping hot and stayed that way until the very last bite. Many thanks to the talented chefs for preparing such excellent Greek cuisine. I will definitely be returning soon. Can't wait! "

"Stayed at Doubletree by Hilton in Pepys St. Asked for pub recommendation (and was sent to awful sports bar) but luckily found this little gem just over the road from the back of the hotel. Delightful little pub, serving delicious food, with a lovely ambiance....Staff v helpful. Highly recommend."

"our first time to visit shaftesbury and during the walk through the city we came over this pub, so decided when we came back a few days later after we had arrived from motcombe, we would try it a little bit. we were welcomed by a friendly and welcome barman who said our dog was also welcome. the sun seemed, so we sat outside in the well-maintained beer garden, which had a beautiful view. lunch menu had all the classic pub-grub to choose from. we both decided for the steak burger and chips, perfect size drank and very tasty. so beautiful we stayed for a few more drinks, enjoy the sun and relaxed atmosphere. we met the renter who kindly brought us water for our dog, although it was his day free. highly recommended."

"Im not that person who’s complain but this was hilarious… We went for burger dinner, we got starter (was fine), we was waiting for our “magical” burger like owner post everywhere pictures and mension it. We got the burgers and we can’t eat of the meat smell… It was bad meat. We ask nicely to the waitress to come over and she said I will sent you manager, we said yeah thats fine. Manager came ant took our plates to the “chef” to check the meat. She came back and said oh so we check the meat and its all fine its just “yours taste” I said but sorry the meat its stinks and we don’t want to eat that.. She said I TRIED AND THE CHEF TRIED so its all good, I said so what we gona do now? she said I CAN BRING YOU BACK THE BURGERS BECAUSE ITS ALL GOOD, I said but you just said you tried it with the chef and you asking me do I want it back? So they told us yous have to pay all bill because its nothing wrong with it, so we eat half mac&cheese dring few pints and pay for it 42£ , never ever and I would never reccomend for anyone"

"We were taken here by friends as a treat. Arrived at 6.30 and it was busy, with both inside and outside drinking areas. We were promptly shown to our table for 4. Staff were attentive and immediately offered to get our drinks from the bar. The menu is Greek food but there is an English menu available for the less adventurous diner. Our order was taken and our food was delivered to us in impressive time, despite the place being very busy. We all had starters and mains. The portions are generous and the flavours are lovely. I had the stuffed vine leaves to start and the chicken kebab for mains. I will definately return. Excellent value for money, fantastic service, and a complimentary toffee vodka to finish. What's not to like?"

"Fantastic food, ive been to Andreous a number of times and always found the food to be outstanding. The overall quality of atmosphere and food is very high. However the service is often brutally slow and borderline neglectful. The last time in the restaurant we wait over a half hour to jave our food order even taken, with around 7 or tables sat and two servers. I've worked in hospitality and understand how hard it can be and the reality and limitations but I found the service this and every time rk be a let down.the only gripe of an authentic, flavourful and tasteful restaurant that is a credit to arbroath."

"I had such an amazing evening at this restaurant while celebrating a birthday party. The atmosphere is so authentic, and you instantly feel welcomed. The owner is friendly, polite, and very entertaining. The staff is efficient and warm, providing excellent service. I enjoyed the lamb and Greek salad, which were both generous portions. The lamb was incredibly tender and full of flavor, making it a delight to eat. They also have a beautiful selection of wines and dessert options. I tried the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream—delicious! The owner even played some Greek music and led us in a little Greek dance. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a restaurant where you feel special and at home."

"We ordered takeout from here last night and it was great. The portion sizes were fantastic and the food was high quality. It was as close to eating out as we could have asked for without actually being able to eat out and made a lovely change from the normal, greasy takeout food that is available from most other places. If you want some good, proper food I'd recommend ordering from here. It's a little bit pricier than most takeouts but that's to be expected given the difference in food quality and the fact that you're paying for proper pub food so, for us, worth paying a bit extra. I'm looking forward to eating my leftovers for lunch today and we will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you so much"

"If your looking for good food at a reasonable price that comes with great service then this is the place. The breakfast is excellent with a varied menu. Full English comes in three sizes and is served with thick slices of Granary toast. However, the Fishermans is not all about the great breakfast menu. They serve great quality meals throughout the day. There is a specials board that changes every two weeks and has some very good alternatives to the normal menu. we have had a few selections from the board over the past few weeks and have never been disappointed. Its difficult to pick out a particular dish as they are all good so go online and look at their menu. Fish and Chips Friday is well worth booking in for. Good size Haddock with thick chips and mushy peas for two currently at £16. Best Fish and Chips and price in the area and that is saying something as Cleethorpes and Grimsby are renown for god fish and chips. Finally the staff deserve a very well earned mention. Friendly, polite and efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble, even when faced with a regular bunch of grumpy old boys who all agree the food and service is great, and they are not easily pleased, believe me. I know because I'm one of them."

"Last minute decision to go for a carvery at the Bucks Head. Didn't book, arrived at 1pm and we were easily seated at a table for two. Ordered 2 medium carveries with beef and pork. Plenty on the plates, just right for us, we cleared our plates not a morsel left. Finished with Apple crumble and custard. We thought the meal was excellent value."

"I went here to lunch with jon w and ash nauradi (his suggestion.) the first thing they notice is how new and clean the place is and walked away from the stereotype of a greasy kidnap. the menu is quite simple, but there is a good variety and I feel personally that this makes it easier to choose from as many options. I ordered a hello wrap and it was decent. the cheese was not burned, was not too watery and there was a good amount so I got a few in each bite. the one mistake was the humble, simple and tasteless, a little spicy would not go. in view of his situation in aldgate and the fact that I did not try any of the sweets on this occasion, I will come back in definitiv!"

"the first time I was and will not be the last! how have I lived in ilkeston for so long and never tried to drop this place! to fall early and absolutely loved! while not the cheapest breakfast, the quality of the products more than for them. the location was tastefully done, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I love the fact that they also have a small art gallery and show local talent. two small suggestions for the owners. 1) they offer greater flexibility on orders. we wanted to order a few halloumi with breakfast next to our order (sometimes what can be ordered with another breakfast), but they said we couldn't. 2) offer more than a size of hot drink. small points but overall an excellent first visit."

"A few weeks ago we ordered delivery from Cafe Aina through Just Eat, and after an hour it hadn’t arrived. We got a call from the guy working there to apologise and say that they hadn’t made our food yet because their stuff was FLOATING AWAY IN A FLOOD. I was like, that’s wild, please don’t worry about it. But the guy still made our food ! and then when the Just Eat driver couldn’t make the delivery because of, y’know, the flooding, this guy came and delivered it straight to our door to make sure we got it. I didn’t catch his name but what a hero!"

"First time visited for a family celebration. We didn’t realise how busy it would be which we admit was our fault but where we were sat was dark and dingy, the noise was absolutely HORRENDOUS,the food was not good at all. After we had finished or should I say left our food we sat forever to have the plates and empty glasses to be removed and in the end had to go to the bar and ask for someone to clear the tables. This is not the service we expected especially from a city centre venue. The staff we had any dealings with were not friendly which didn’t help how we felt our experience had left. Sadly we would not return and would not recommend to our friends."

"After exploring all the cafes in the village of Bingham, my partner and I were amazed by the menu displayed on the cafe window here. With Greek inspired breakfasts and lunches, we knew we had found something special. The chef and waitress went above and beyond to accommodate my vegan requirements, which I was extremely impressed by. The portion sizes for the omelette and gyroks were generous and offered great value for money. We also enjoyed delicious smoothies and 200degree coffee with no complaints.
