"I ordered a well done steak, my steak arrived , once cutting it opened it was extremely red and ****. I explained to the waitress and she sent it back. A man brought my steak back, and told me my steak was butterflied to cook my steak. The steak had so much red running juices. I sent the steak back and asked for the turkey which they ran out of. I had to have the chicken instead very disappointing.I ordered salt and pepper squid, the breadcrumbs fell off and some of the squid was translucent and some rubbery"

"I love dining at this restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly. As someone with a disability, I often struggle with uncomfortable seating at restaurants, but the chairs here are comfortable, which greatly enhances the dining experience. The food is consistently delicious with a variety of interesting menu options, making it difficult to decide what to order. I particularly enjoyed the Cavolo nero starter and my husband highly recommends the Brioche bread and butter pudding. We have always had an excellent experience here."

"I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I have been to other places that are good, but here they seemed very disorganized and slow. The dish I wanted was not available and with limited vegetarian options, I felt pressured to choose something quickly. The food was okay, but nothing exceptional. There was a minor mistake with the chips for one of the guests, but it wasn't a big deal. The prices were reasonable. It wouldn't be my first choice to revisit, but I wouldn't rule it out either."

"our party of about 12 had Christmas dinners in bangers and were well treated by the greeting at the door until the departure. we were served by some different people, although it was never a long waiting period for drinks, and all three courses became. immediately and (mostly) delivered at the same time. if only the quality of the food that corresponded to the service, this would be my new favorite hair. Unfortunately, the main course left me glad that I had filled with the starter on brot, since it was simply not enough, and I ended after a fair part of what was there, as I did not particularly enjoy eating discs of fat. that said the chocolate cake was beautiful and very rich."

"Was struggling to find somewhere for a Sunday lunch before heading home from our weekend on the Isle of Wight. With 7 of us it was a challenge. Found this option and website wasn't overly inspiring. In reality the outlook of the marina was superb. The food was tasty and good portions but the most noticeable thing was the level of service. Not only that but the genuine smiles and helpfulness of the staff was first class. Great outside play area for the kids. Struggling to think what it lacks!"

"The Lochness Inn is by far the cleanest and best place we've stayed during our Scotland vacation! Despite having booked the Inn last minute, the service was outstanding! The room (family room) was very clean, spacious and the full shower head was an icing on top! The food was superb -the ribeye steak is a must try! Will definitely go back! "I'm really downhill. Used to be reliable for a fast in-and-out lunch, but service was so slow that we had to delay our meetings. The staff is completely switched off. "Lovely service and food. I think many people forget that different Indian restaurant/takeaways cook food differently and that’s why not all curries or meals tasted the same as others. The service was brilliant and i was advised on what to get and really enjoyed it. The deserts where also lovey. Lots of options and service was quick even as the food is made fresh to order. "After trying to book online a week ago for tonight, your restaurant showed no availability between 17.15 21.15, which seemed a bit strange being a random Wednesday! I called the restaurant and asked to book for 19.30 for three people and was advised this was absolutely...fine, took my name and number to confirm, and booked successfully. We headed to the restaurant and experienced an incredibly disappointing visit. We were shown to a table upstairs, wouldn’t have been my first choice for an 80 year old guest, but my mum is game, so up we climbed. Once seated, the waiter left us to decide on drinks and food, then returned to take our order. I selected the Crispy Halloumi hanging kebabs (it’s what their famous for? and was told straight they didn’t have any, they had “just sold the last one” (at 7.30pm? . Never mind I returned to look at the menu as Ma ordered Fish and Chips. Again, the reply was brief “Sorry, we don’t have that” Not overly impressed by much here, so we said our goodbyes and left. Would not recommend."

"Decided to pop in for lunch with my wife whilst out and about last Monday. Place was quiet only one other table with eight female guests. We chose from the menu upgrading our mains to the lamb shank and the rib eye steak. Both were excellent and we finished off with cheesecake. Service was very friendly and quick. We managed to park opposite in a two hour turn around bay, no charge. We will definitely be returning, food great service great and reasonably priced. Thank you."

"We booked a table for 4 for 7.30pm, arrived 7.25 and it took 20 mins. to get severed for drinks. It got worse! We were finally shown to the table of a 20% full restaurant and 25mins later finally had the head waiter ask if he could take our order...with an attitude as if he was doing us a favour... We were so put off by the dirty, 'sticky ' tables and v slow service we told the waiter we were leaving, paid for our drinks and left. Never again will we go back!"

"We went early and they were able to accommodate which was good. But there was only one server for like tables so we didn’t get great service unfortunately due to this which I can appreciate he was working hard. My coke was flat and he said he was unable to give me another. I asked for hot sauce and he said he’d be back and never came back with anything. My pizza made me feel really ill afterwards. And because we were seated right at the bathrooms I saw the chef go into the toilet and he wasn’t wearing a mask which was unsettling"

"Ate here yesterday for Father's Day. Admittedly it was a very hot day but the temperature inside the pub was unbearable. So much so that after seeing another table do so, we decided to follow suit and eat dessert outside. The food was also disappointing and no where near up the standard of previous visits. The prawn cocktail was lacking in prawns and the ones that were there were small, frozen shrimp with absolutely no flavour and a rubbery texture. To be fair other members of the family had the squid starter and said that was fine. Main courses were slightly better and I did enjoy the steak. Dessert was a lemon pot that tasted like lemon cleaner and a bowl of ice cream that when served was completely melted and had to be sent back. All in all a disappointing and uncomfortable meal. Will not go back and will not recommend."

"Queensway £4.90 Amstel In a side street from Bayswater Street and along the plush houses and hotels in the area you will find the @leinsterarmslondon. This elegant looking pub is built in coach house style and has a beautiful small mew at the back of the arched entrance. My first impression of the pub was how impressive the building looked and could not wait to check it. The pub is a good size and tastefully decorated, although the ceilings are high, the pub felt comfortable and relaxed. The Leinster offers itself as a place to watch sports and has scored a few TVs to cover all seats, the Rugby was up at the time of the visit and I could catch a bit of Ireland's historic victory over New Zealand. There was a very local feeling and the clientele surpassed the generations. A big tick for a pint for under a five, food is available and the menu is full of classic British Fayre and comfort food. The Leinster Arms is a great place to catch a game or just during hours with a drink in a very welcoming environment. Visit information 13/11/21"

"Long overdue review for this brilliant restaurant, great menu, some great options to choose from and a specials menu. The green pesto gnocchi was amazing. Starters, mains and desert were all brilliant, you really can't go wrong. Great atmosphere and decor, with good service and low waiting times for dishes. This Italian restaurant definitely deserves a visit."
