"Louis catered for our wedding in July 18 and did an absolutely fabulous job. He and his friendly team provided a hog roast, gourmet bbq (moroccan chicken, home made organic mini burgers, Greek style salmon , vegetarian options (his halloumi is the best we’ve tasted , and many side salads, for 120 guests. The food was delicious, and the service was very professional whilst also being relaxed and personable the team felt like extended family by the end! Louis also really helped us to plan the logistics of the day, thinking about how best to present and serve the food, and hiring the crockery and cutlery on our behalf. He also arranged for additional help to serve welcome drinks and keep our DIY drinks bar topped up too, and went the extra mile in many ways (including helping us source some good bargains on wine and beer! We truly enjoyed getting to know Louis in the run up to the wedding, and would recommend him to anyone who wants delicious food prepared by a friendly, thoughtful, and charismatic chef.
