"I made the long journey to South East London to visit a local museum (Maritime Museum, which is great) and I was not disappointed by the food at this restaurant. First, the cakes I had (yes, I was greedy and bought two) were fantastic. They were absolutely divine! The taste and texture were spot on, and the icing was not overwhelming like on some cakes. The salad was also excellent, but the highlight was the hot chocolate. Hands down, it was the best hot chocolate I have ever had in my life! The only downside was the vegan sausage roll. I did not enjoy it. I have had it at a few other places and liked it, but I am just not a fan of how it was served here. Additionally, they should replace the stools with chairs that have backs so that patrons can rest properly. I recommend a visit if you are in the area. It is probably worth the trip just for the hot chocolate!"

super cute store, amazing staff! came back for a slice of carrot cake, it’s super good (would prefer a vegan cream cheese frosting).

We stopped here by chance and knew we had to try something. The stuff welcomed us warmly. We had one muffin, one Red-Velvet cupcake and a little quiche. All were amazing. View menu

The cake and sandwiches at this restaurant were excellent. The sandwich was particularly tasty - I didn't realize how much I liked dill until I tried it here. I will definitely be coming back again.

The most fantastic bakery in all of London. A wide selection of wheat gluten free options and everything is vegan. Ruby's online selection is fantastic and her products are always delivered in perfect condition. Thanks Ruby!

A lovely dog friendly cafe. The lunchtime special of quiche and 2 salads is delicious and filling, there is a large selection of cakes, good coffee and homemade juices. The staff are friendly and welcoming it’s my favourite place in Greenwich. View menu

The woman at the counter was very friendly and wanted to showcase all the offerings; she seemed very proud of them. As I had already eaten lunch but wanted to support this plant based business, I ordered a donut for takeaway. I liked that it was baked and not fried. It was satisfying and not overly sweet. I would love to come back for lunch someday!

I absolutely loved our trip to Ruby’s! The staff were lovely and welcoming, the interior was pretty and they had a huge selection of delicious vegan cakes! We went for the Lemon Elderflower Raspberry cake and an Apple Caramel Crumble muffin, with a ChariTea red and Lemonade. The cake was my favourite – rich and absolutely delicious! The muffin was also really delicious too and I would definitely come back to try more of their range!

"What we went for: Breakfast with a wow factor What we ordered: Duck and waffle, black pudding, eggs en cocette with mushrooms, avo toast with scrambled eggs , coffees What we paid: GBp 75 Verdict: definitely full marks for the wow factor, starting with the Uber fast lift to the 40th floor.. Food I would say my duck and waffle with the eggs and maple syrup was definitely a treat.. perfectly deep fried duck leg Confit with the slightly sweet wFfle, slightly runny yellow of the fried egg and a little touch of the maple syrup is a forkful if guilty pleasure ! I loved the dish and can totally understand the restaurant being eponymously named after its signature dish.. The eggs en cocette was a trip to mushroom heaven dunked in melted cheese and oven baked eggs.. the heavenly aroma of the mushrooms, truffle oil... eggs and cheese in oodles of butter and little toast sticks to pick up that and put it in your mouth was definitely another dish right up there! Heavenly, guilty pleasure , must eat !!! All the superlatives indeed.. The scrambled eggs with the avo toast was the healthiest dish on the table and arguably lost the battle if there was one for the wow factor .. perhaps the most sunny looking dish but I have had this myriad times in small variations .. Duck and waffle did a good job of the dish but hey if you can get this at the local breakfast diner why make a trip all the way to duck and waffle : Service was good.. they were even nice enough to take a few pictures.. small let down while there was an empty table closer to the side with u interrupted views of London we were given a similar table inside without a very good reason.. Would I return? Definitely !"
