"I recently stayed at a charming property in Exeter called the inn. I booked the "Premium Double Room" for my business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality. The owner even called to offer dinner upon my arrival, and when I mentioned I might be late, she kindly offered to have my choice of food ready to be warmed up. After a scenic drive through rural Devon (despite Exeter being only 5 miles away), I easily found the inn with ample parking. I was greeted by a friendly young man named Joe, who showed me to my room and shared a bit about the impressive 250 whisky collection behind the bar. The room was comfortable and even had a decanter of sherry for guests. I enjoyed a delicious fish and chip supper and a few pints of ale for dinner, followed by a nightcap of whiskey in the company of a lovely golden retriever. The affordable accommodation also included breakfast, although I had to leave early the next morning. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Exeter."

Average food, quite expensive and service offhand. Not worth the drive but a pretty setting on a nice sunny day.

We visited on a Sunday in January 24 with a group of 10 friends for a roast. Not only were the roasts fabulous but the service was quick and with a smile. Would return without question.

Our third visit here on our way to see friends. Staff great, food great, beds comfy and rooms clean. Plenty of parking. A quaint old pub in the middle of no where! Excellent menu with great fish and chips and the only place we know that serves devilled kidneys for breakfast.

Fabulous Sunday lunch. Succulent turkey, stuffing, huge homemade Yorkshire pudding, perfect roasties 8 fresh vegetables. My hubby had their renowned steak and ale pie which is packed full of tender steak. Excellent, friendly service and a lovely ambiance for a country pub. Certainly one of our favourites !!

Every year, my family stays at The Nobody Inn with our growing family, including grandchildren. We have always been impressed with the warm welcome from the amazing staff and the high-quality food that is also accommodating to food intolerances. Sue and her team take full advantage of the beautiful venue and always go above and beyond. This time, we just have to mention the incredible Sunday lunch we recently enjoyed. Each of us agreed it was the best Sunday roast we have ever had, and we consider ourselves professionals! The packed car park is a testament to this, so be sure to book early to avoid missing out. Thank you for another wonderful stay and for always finding solutions to our uniq...
