"Apparently healthy, but ultimately unhygienic, not very clean, a supermarket of germs. There was only one person who served at the tables (takes menus that all the people touched with their hands) and who is at the cashier (handles money and cards with her hands) and who prepares drinks (handles vegetables with her hands when you take a smoothie and she centrifuges it), and does all this without using gloves and never washing her hands. You do the math. There was no waitress and the woman at the counter who prepares the smoothies and serves the tables does it all. At least when we were there. I've never seen her wash her hands or use gloves. The wait at the tables is very long (we entered at 7.45pm and left at 9.30pm, because she does everything, the lady who I think is the owner. There is only one other person in the kitchen so there were two of them, in a place where I counted 30 people and the tables were all full. Rightly, the wait is very long. As always the tactic is to bring you a drink and then if you are lucky after 45 minutes it brings you food, so in the meantime you have to order other things to drink. In the end even though the plates are nice to look at, we having taken four plates, and having spent 66, 50 pounds, on the plates you can count 10 pounds of vegetables for all 4 plates, not each. Plus 2.50 organic tofu (for all) you get at tesco Obviously, the price includes the drinks. 3 smoothie prepared by the lady, again touching the vegetables when previously she handed menus and cash with her hands and never cleaned. All four dishes were spicy and too salty in fact the two children left almost half of the food, complaining that they were too salty. If I have to come to places like this my favorite place remains the Thai buffet in Shepherd Bush (which one might call cheap and nasty, at least they cook the food in front of you and in the break time the staff eat the same things the customers eat, therefore inspire me with confidence). Then in the end she brought us a bill for 60 and after 2 minutes when she came back with the payment machine she brought another receipt for 66.50, saying she was wrong. My daughter insisted that the bill was overcharged but I didn't care, I paid and left. I want to say that I searched this place on the internet because we try to change one place a week to try new things, but obviously like all businesses when they promote their store, the photos are beautiful and they tell you well about the place There is also written on the internet that they do all you can eat, but it is not true, perhaps they say it to attract people customers."

"Some days ago, my mother and I dined at Zizzi’s to celebrate her recent career progression. We arrived without prior booking at 5:50pm on a Monday evening, at which point it was quiet and cavernous, with a choice of seating. We ordered the mozzarella garlic bread and fried calamari with aioli, drizzled with lemon for starters, to share. They both arrived promptly and were flavoursome without compromising quantity. Not only, was the mozzarella garlic bread simultaneously crisp yet fluffy, oily and salty, and heated to a pleasant degree. But also, the fried calamari was battered aptly, without sacrificing the quantity of the calamari. Soon after, we were met with our own generous dish of prawn linguini, topped with rocket. The linguini was twirled into a neat formation, with a mix of textures. While, the the tomato sauce was smooth and subtly rich, ample for the multiple hot linguini strips, the shaved courgette added a fine crunch, and the prawns constituted to a meaty density. However, within an hour, the restaurant was almost full, with the multitude of loudening conversations making it difficult to hear. Therefore, I would recommend eating early if you are someone who prefers a quieter experience. Also, although I was a student with a discount card, giving me access to 30% off on that particular instance. It is worthy to note that this is likely to be a somewhat costly evening, if you are someone who will order more than one course, or if you are a family, paying for multiple people."

"Went here for an impromptu meal for my birthday. The restaurant was empty 3 waiting staff and 2 chefs standing around. We were shown to our table and given a menu. We both have allergies and enquired about the contents of a couple of dishes, we asked if the meals contained onions, to which we were told they didn 't know the ingredients of the dishes. We asked them to check the chef and they didn 't know either. They said it 's all pre prepared and just shrugged. So we aim to order what could be best predicted not to contain onions. Cheesy garlic bread for instance , 10 mins later, I 'm served a dark coloured garlic bread. We try to find staff eventually we get someone to come over and ask what has been served, a cheese and balsamic onion garlic bread , and the manager stated I thought it was ' just you with the issue '. Honestly everything was too much bother, she was fed up when talking, huffing and thrusting a card machine at the end of the meal. No thank you nothing. Mistakes happen fine Mistakes with allergies can be fatal at least apologize. Customer service can go a long way to setting the scene. Dietary restrictions: Food is pre prepared and staff have little to no knowledge about the food they are serving. They didnt ask about allergies as per policy and when offered this information made to feel it was an us issue. They may be aware of common allergies I cannot comment) but beyond this they didn 't want to know. Wheelchair accessibility: There is only a step entry into the restaurant, so not accessible unless you could pull yourself up the step, the restaurant is quite roomy inside for maneuvering."
