"I went to brunch at The Bath while visiting Dublin. I was staying with a couple of friends from Dublin, and they always talked about how much they love Irish breakfasts. I really wanted to try it, so my friends took me here! We all got the Bath Fry, which is an Irish breakfast. It had potatoes, tomatoes, sausage, black pudding, and more. Not being Irish, I was hesitant to try black pudding (it is a sausage made of blood and fat for other non-Irish folk). One of my friends insisted though, and it was actually really tasty! The atmosphere at The Bath was so adorable. They served cocktails in tea kettles, and plates had beautiful blue designs, and the outdoor seating area was lovely. I would definitely recommend brunch at The Bath!"

"I had recently moved to Finedon and we went for a family meal on a Sunday! The roast dinners are amazing!! The food was really lovely including the starters we had, I went for pate and it was great and perfect amount. We all had a large roast and honestly after couldn’t eat another thing, this was a little sad as I saw the dessert menu and going by the rest of the food I have high hopes!! We can’t wait to go back and try something different, including the desserts!!"

"We had a wonderful evening from start to finish. We started with a cocktail which arrived quickly and very much enjoyed. We all ate different things, gnocchi squid and pigeon for starters. Generous portions, piping hot, really good. Then came steak, sole and hake. Again perfect portion size, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. Not much room for dessert, but the pannacotta was a perfect choice to slip down the sides! Delicious and light. Service was attentive and professional, the ambiance was lovely and given that it was the last service of the season the standards did not slip in any way. We look forward to dining here again next year."

"Really pleasantly surprised by this restaurant based purely on not expecting a great deal from a hotel restaurant, combined with the fact that we ate late on a Sunday and it was one on of the few places open rather than being a choice per se. The food was excellent from a varied and interesting menu. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, with an unexpectedly relaxed atmosphere considering that this is right in the city centre. Would return and recommend plenty more on this menu to tempt us back."

"I would recommend as I have had such lovely food there before and I 'm hoping this was a 'one off '. Waited ages for the drinks. My father in law asked for a pot of tea to be served with his meal came after the meal even when we asked for it. There was only 2 girls taking orders and serving. When you needed someone there wasn 't anyone around. I was pleased they let us order a kid 's portion of fish and chips as my father in law doesn 't have a big appetite. Maybe this is something to consider smaller portions if requested. At the same time the chips that came with the fish were all 'ends ' again disappointing. As I have said I do hope this isn 't going to be the regular service going forward."

"During my recent visit to Lincoln, I ordered a Cookie Dough milkshake at Eskimoo. I had tried the milkshake a few years ago and remembered it being really good. However, this time I was disappointed to find out that they used a powder instead of real cookie dough for the flavor. Despite the sign claiming they use real ingredients and not syrups, the milkshake did not meet my expectations. At over £5, it was expensive and not worth it. Unfortunately, I won't be making the mistake of ordering it again. Goodbye, Eskimoo."

"Discovered The Ice Chef shop by accident while out with the kids. We were made very welcome by Lindsay. There's a great selection of ice cream flavours on the menu but you can also design your own. After deciding what we'd have Lindsay went to...work creating amazing ice cream rolls. The boys watched closely as she explained every stage of the process and even asked if they would like to have a go themselves. We now go back every chance we get, we've tried various ice-creams and smoothies, all have veggie or vegan options. I've had delicious coffee while watching the boys create and make their own deserts."

"Fantastic pub! We were for a birthday of friends, but was not thrilled at the place where we were, so went on the way to the Camden Head. We're so glad we made it! You have served the most friendly staff, best cocktails (Watermelon Sugar High) and immediately, also, we could sit outside and drink, smoke and chat to our hearts content! After a few hours, security asked us all to come after the disco/DJ. We had a great time to dance in the night! Would highly recommend this pub and we will definitely be back!"

"this is a strange one....as the building and setting is lovely so should be 5 stars, but the food is for me lack luster, and is really rather average....and so there is always a reason why we only seem to go back every 5 years or so. Shame really, the food isn't awful but certainly not for a special night out"

"Kicking this off with the location! Nice quiet town. 5 mins from me. Great parking space. Good clean pub/restaurant! Good friendly people! Made to feel at home. Seating is great! The burger and chips was great. The burger is juicy and cooked perfectly. Chunky chips and gravy was top .. The battered onion rings were to chunky. Abit thinner and they would be perfect! As they were abit to moist The salmon linguine was ok. The salmon caviar was missing. But was decent. Very well priced to. We would return"

"Overall afternoon tea at Feya was good. We were greated by a very polite lady who offered us a seat in the ‚bird cage’ area. The food was great, delicious platter of sweets and canapes, large selection. I have ordered a jasmin tea. It was a tea from a bag (not loose leaves which was a bit dissappointing). The tea teasted nothing like the jasmin, more like grass??? Even the water did not change the colour, so I can tell it was a poor quality tea bag. I’ve ordered a latte at an extra cost, which was very good. The waiting time was 55 min, my friend already finished her coffee. Service was slow, I understood we were forgotten for around 30min and people who came after us were served their AFT first. A bit sad as it was my friend’s birthday celebration, which I have mentioned while booking reservation. The toilet was not super clean. Lots of dust on the walls and in nooks and crannies, definitely a room for improvement."

"The restaurant has a nice appearance and the staff is friendly, but the menu is disappointingly small and uninspiring. With only 4 options each for starters, main courses, and desserts, the choices are very safe and lack imagination. The menu shown on their website was much better than what was actually offered. Although the food was well cooked and tasty, the overall experience was underwhelming given the upscale setting. It's a shame that the chef or manager did not provide more variety or creativity in the menu. The main courses consisted of typical options such as chicken, salmon, steak, and a vegetable dish. Overall, the menu was boring."

"we had an absolutely fantastic stay from the moment we arrived at the moment when we were gone and we stayed longer. the personal was the highlight of our stay. we had a good laugh with them and they were beautiful. nothing was a problem. skye tried to get my favorite start but could not be estimated in time. really, that she tried! the place is ideal for trips. the restaurant was amazing, rarely we eat at the same place 2 days in order, but we did here and both nights we were served delicious food. the room was immaculate and very comfortable, with everything we could need. they would certainly recommend and we will definitely return, but probably not as fast as I want."

Ok setting great and chill atmosphere but you need to look at your presentation and menus for taste, bar service poor and unattentive."

"We decided to celebrate my Dad's 50th birthday party at The Annex and it was absolutely wonderful! We chose this venue because of its flexibility in terms of weather. Despite reserving an outdoor space in hopes of good weather, it ended up raining in typical British fashion. However, this did not pose a problem as the staff had set up large umbrellas and heaters, allowing us to still enjoy the outdoor space. Abi was incredibly helpful leading up to the event, answering all of our questions promptly. On the day of the party, the staff assisted us in setting up decorations and provided excellent service from beginning to end. They even packed up all the decorations and wrapped up the cake at the end of the night. The pizzas were delicious and well-received by our guests, and Abi accommodated our requests to customize certain items on the menu. I highly recommend The Annex as a venue for any party or event!"

"Firstly and importantly the online booking system was fast and efficient and gave me a reassuring feeling that I would be expected- which I was. Even though it was quite busy our table was ready when we arrived and we were made most welcome. There was a good selection on the menu and our order was taken promptly, with advice given when we asked. Our food arrived in good time and was exactly as requested. I particularly enjoyed my Mushroom Wellington and my guest enjoyed her beef roast. These were plentiful, and could not be faulted. Equally our sweet course was very enjoyable. All in all a good experience, this was our third visit over as many years and we have enjoyed each one. Thank you."

"First, after ordering our drinks, my husband 's drink took 5 10 minutes longer to come for some reason than mine and the kids '. When my mother arrived to complete our table and ordered a gin and tonic, she had waited for about 10 minutes when the waitress returned and then asked what mixer she wanted. Could have been an idea to ask if the order. My mother asked her to put ice in a separate glass and not with her gin. About another 10 minutes later she got her g t filled to burst point with ice! We waited another 5 10 minutes, but no one came to take our food order. The children were very hungry, so we thought we would ask them to take the order instead of waiting longer. We placed our order, I ordered a steak without sauce, hubby ordered a burger, and we had ordered a starter. The starter came together with the children's meal, which was good, just wait about 20 minutes. But when the main meal arrived, my steak was cold/hot and very thin (as a minute steak as a rag). She also gave me sauce. My mother got her meal, but my Nacktby's Burger didn't appear. About 10 15 minutes later, while my mother and I were halfway through our meals and the children were ready, he asked the waitress where his burger told them she would go and check. Came back 2 minutes later and said it was only 5 minutes, without further explanation why it'd come. 10 minutes later, I had decided to leave my steak and just eat the chips and veg, and my mother had finished her meal, my Hubby decided to go and tell them to wrap his meal to take home, like previous children's bedtime, so could not really sit another 20 30 minutes while he finished his dinner (assuming it was ever arriving). 10 minutes ago and the wounded 'to go' Burger 't arrived', so we decided to tell them to forget it, but then the manager gave it to us and apologized, pulled it out of the bill. That was fair enough, but not really for the experience."

"We were a group of six celebrating two birthdays, whilst waiting for our table we were seated in reception. There was a really cold draft from the windows but we hoped it would be better in the dining room. It wasn't immediately we stepped into the room we noticed how cool it was. As we were being seated I commented to the waiter how cold it was to be told the heating was on, no offer of extra heating. I ended up wearing my husbands jacket for the whole of the meal. Marble tables looked lovely but drained any heat out of the plates so food was soon cold. Not cheap, food only mediocre we would not go there again."

"Lovely staff and service. Had run out of the kebabs that were personally recommended (at 7.30pm) and also my second choice of ham hock, but my third choice of pie of the day was great. The draft San Miguel was perfect. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Well first of all arriving to the hotel it looks like an average house with a lots of car park, apart from the sign on the side of the road that says Heywood Spa nothing special for a 4.6 star hotel. The stuff is absolutely amazing, feels like a family run “posh wannabe” hotel. We had the executive room (210), the double bed had 2 single mattress, ripped wallpapers, a really noisy old school A/C and a little TV like a monitor in the middle, shower has a really really poor water pressure, you have to be straight under it, the walls are very thin you can hear people sneezing 4 rooms next to you and hear people checking in the reception even though it’s pretty far away. The balcony had 2 metal chairs without pillows and a tiny table. The spa is another downside of the hotel as the sauna not working 5 years ago as seeing now the reviews, still not working, the hot tub has loads of chemicals in it it’s literally making a bubble bath into the pool after 10 minutes. Pool is very cold and pretty small as well as the hot tub. Once you finished you have to walk through the restaurant unless you’d like to use the changing room what is literally just a room with a lightbulb and chair, no heating or anything obviously.Restaurant and the bar looks nice but a Vodka/Coke ended up £8 and a Corona lager £5.50. The breakfast is pretty good if it’s included the £200 a night price but I definitely wouldn’t pay for it separately as you have many options in Tenby. The lunch is looking good but way over seasoned to make it look nice and it’s really not worth £25. Pasta one side of the plate was taste like English mustard and nothing else. The tip is 10% what is fair but I’d personally pay double tip for the service and half price for the food. You have many Italian restaurants for half a price with awesome food on the beach. This hotel is definitely not 4.6 star, maybe 3 because of the little Spa but way overpriced and overrated.I’m not being picky, but for £200 a night in one of Tenby’s most expensive 4.6 star Hotel people have expectations."
