"Me and my partner stayed here for her 30th birthday for a nice night away in the executive suite. The hotel is absolutely lovely, the whole place was very posh and Modern. The room was outstanding. Lovely and warm, the heating system was great and it was spotless and clean. The spa facilities were fantastic, great pool area and sauna and Jacuzzi. The food and drink in the bar and grill was lovely, one of the nicest meals we've had. The breakfast was lovely too the following morning. The staff were very accommodating and we had everything catered for. Would like to thank Anish and heywood spa for great evening. We'll definitely be recommending to others (already have) and we will definitely be back soon! Thanks all, room 205!"

I had a wonderful time at Heywood Spa Hotel over the weekend! The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and the service was fantastic. The spa was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment. The food at the restaurant in the evening was delicious. I am looking forward to visiting again. Overall, I would rate the food and drinks 10/10 and the rooms and service 5/5.

Had a fantastic stay at Heywood Spa Hotel with a group of friends. We had a blissfully relaxing time; enjoying the pool, outdoor hot tub and a wonderful Reiki treatment. The hotel was super clean and stylish and the staff were really accommodating and friendly. Tenby beaches are close by (by car), and worth a visit. I would definitely recommend and will look forward to visiting again. Rooms: 5

This hotel is fantastic and only a short walk from Tenby center. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and sparkling clean bathrooms. The spa and sauna are lovely additions. The brasserie style restaurant serves delicious food at a reasonable price. Many thanks to the staff for their exceptional hospitality. Will we return? I had a wonderful experience at Heywood Spa. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. My friends and I loved our spa treatments, as well as relaxing in the sauna and outdoor hot tub. The bar had a fantastic selection of drinks, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. Rating: 5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was modern and could clearly see newly refurbished (executive room). I even forgot my glasses and was astounded when offered a pair so I could read the menu. Nothing was too much trouble and we couldn't have asked for a better more welcoming stay. Thoroughly enjoyed and came away relaxed (the main goal). Also, spa facilities were lovely and the food was excellent and majority is locally sourced which is an attribute to the hotel!
