"We ordered two breakfasts, but one was incorrect upon arrival. Despite this, we were willing to accept both, but unfortunately one was dropped on the floor. Only one breakfast was given to us, without any apology or acknowledgment of the missing one. After a few minutes, the waitress returned to ask for our egg preferences for the second breakfast and apologized for the mishap. It then took about 30 minutes for the second breakfast to be served. The waitress did apologize again during this time and even offered us a cake for the inconvenience. However, after waiting an additional 30 minutes since the first breakfast arrived, we had to leave as we had other commitments for the day. When we inquired about a refund, the second breakfast was finally ready, but due to the timing, it had to be packed in a takeaway box. Despite this, we found that the three front-of-house waitresses were all pleasant and polite."

"We absolutely adore this place. Whenever we find ourselves in Fort William, we always make sure to stop by. Our most recent visit was the best yet. After completing the West Highland Way and arriving at Glen Nevis, we were drenched and it was already late. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we were well taken care of. The team here is fantastic!!! Thank you so much."

"We popped in without a booking on a Sunday night after a long drive and were met with such fantastic service. Our waiter Blair was soo friendly, made some great recommendations and made us laugh a lot! The frito misto was a great starter, huge fresh bits of fresh and a delicious garlic and parsley sauce. We also ordered the asparagus with pancetta which was so nicely done with another great sauce. The fresh pasta dishes were phenomenal! Between our table we ordered the slow cooked beef and tuscan sausage ragu which had so much tender meat and a delicious rich sauce, the rigatoni sinatra (crumbled italian sausages with loads of roasted peppers and chilli in a tomato sauce) and the fettuccine pollo piccante which was my favourite. This was spicy chicken in a creamy parmesan sauce with a right kick of chilli! For a complete accidental find we had such a great meal and would definitely come back if we were travelling down to Glasgow from the Highlands again!"

"Stayed recently on a two night walking break in the area. The place is absolutely fantastic, the staff are all friendly , professional and very helpful. The room was immaculate and the food at breakfast delicious. The cleanliness of the whole establishment is a credit to the staff, every area was spotless. Even the car park ! "we sat outside in one of the covered cabins, which was very cozy and enjoyable, as it was strongly raining! for the first hour or so, when we were the only ones out there, it felt a bit lonely and quiet. when the others joined, it felt like it had more atmosphere. we ordered the roast beef, which was average. the yorkshire pudding was quite stable and dry, and parts of the bark were quite fat, which was a canvas as we had a few weeks before and the bark was incredible. the sweet was a bowl of boiled, carrots and carrots, which was in order, and could perhaps be a personal choice, but I hate carrots on a brat! the cauliflower cheese we ordered separately, however, was incredible. we have ordered 3 bottles of rose wine, which, although beautiful, we felt something overpriced. this was the cheapest bottle of rose blood at £23 a bottle! it would be nice if there were more options to choose from. overall the place is great, and the personal was always friendly, just a little on the food and the price of certain items to this occasion. but still we will come back!"

"There is only 1 fault with Pizza Magic and that is that it's not open now, 01:51 in the morning. We've used this shop to deliver our food (mostly on a busy Friday) and it's always been hot and within the hour. We always get a mega mixed kebab and sometimes a pizza and it's got to the stage where we call them, they know what we want and they deliver. Drivers are polite. Food is delicious always. Staff at the other end of the phone are courteous and nice. Thanks Pizza Magic, opposite Arnos Vale. (And I don't usually do reviews......in fact, never)"

"Been here a couple of times with my grandparents and I can only suggest good things. The staff are warm and welcoming, the atmosphere is friendly and comforting. The main attraction of the food also lives up to standard and is of an excellent quality! It didn't take long for the food to arrive as it was fairly quiet on both days but I can assure you the burger I had one time I visited was succulent and moist. The chips were crispy and crunchy alongside a good burger slaw as well. Overall a great time."

"I 've been to this restaurant a few times. After the 1st time I couldn 't wait to go back. Unfortunately we were one of only a few 2 seating tables that night bang in the middle of tables for 6+ people. A mix of hen parties and other large groups dominated the room. Even the loud music didn 't drown it out. I get that large groups generally mean they get a lot more money, but it 's just not 'couple friendly '. The most recent visit (Sept 2022) we brought a friend and I very specifically asked if we could sit somewhere quiet. It was basically the exact opposite once again. SUCH a shame as the food is very good. That said, I was hugely dissapointed they change one of the potato tapas, not as good as the 1st couple of times. I have now moved up to Yorkshire so won 't be going back. I would still recommend the food, but don 't go if you 're looking for a romantic night with your partner. Service also a bit slow at times coming to the table with the bill, or asking if you want more drinks. I know some people don 't like to be hurried on that, so it 's a fine line, but staff need to look and see if customers are trying to get their attention for such things."

"hi, that was our first, but last but not least visited visit, really enjoyed us. eating was excellent and so were the cocktails, the staff was very helpful. have been looking forward to our visit for some time and was not disappointed, was not as straight as we thought, but managed at the end. it was quiet when we were, but I could imagine that it has a great atmosphere when it is busy. managed to get a few pieces and clothing and they have a good choice for woman as well as the one additional bonus for my wife lol. deffo thought about friends. "Went for Sunday roast and ordered the beef I can safely say I had the WORST beef in my life. It was so difficult to cut into and so chewy and extremely difficult to swallow it was clearly not rested properly and the meat was not cut in the correct way. We barely touched the meat and asked if it was possible to have it cooked more to which the waiter said no sorry as its already on your plate To pay almost £100 for our family roast was disappointing. No discount on the bill was offered which seemed ridiculous as our plates were taken from the table all with full slices of untouched beef. If you 're looking for a good Sunday roast... "The perfect end to a stressful day! So pleased we found this gem. Madeleine, on the bar, welcomed us and our little dog, showed us to our table and made us feel so comfortable with her friendly nature. She brought water and treats for Luna . We ordered food, which arrived in good time. Oh, wow, absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend the braised pork, roast veg and mash! We had to take a little doggy bag back, because the portion sizes are decent!! Glenn, restaurant manager, has fantastic taste in music, shared his playlist, chatted with us... Honestly the best pub I've been to in ages! The stressful day had the best ending... We found a new place we'll be visiting again soon. Highly recommend. Definitely worth travelling for! "Dirty Burger in Bethnal Green Shoreditch High Street opened just over a couple of weeks ago. We wanted a quick bite to eat and happened to be walking on Shoreditch High Street when we spotted Dirty Burger. This Dirty Burger in Shoreditch is the fourth location in London. Dirty Burger offers a limited menu – a Cheese burger, a Dirty bacon and a Dirty Cop-out i.e., vegetarian. There are a few sides although we did not get any. Water juice is self-service from the refrigerator (hard to find! . This location of Dirty Burger can seat about 12 people, yet most of the crowd seems to arrive for take-out. The Dirty Bacon was apparently very light and delicious. I was particularly thrilled with the Dirty Cop-out . The portobello mushrooom (in the Dirty Cop-out was well-made and the mayonnaise -mustard combination on the arugula was delicious! Nothing extra was needed. Dirty Burger is open late (until 1.30 AM and is open for brunch. The only downside to Dirty Burger in Shoreditch is that there is no rest room."

"Honestly the best meal out we've had in years. Booked for a family birthday meal and requested a dining pod. Perfect for allowing the kids to enjoy themselves without worrying about keeping them on their seats! The owner is fantastic, friendly, upbeat and full of energy, but not overbearing. He strikes the perfect hosting balance! The waiting staff were lovely, very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was superb. Obviously quality ingredients expertly cooked with very generous portions. Not the cheapest but certainly not overpriced and, bearing in mind the quality of the food and service, I would say excellent value for money. Will definitely be back again soon and I cannot recommend this place enough. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options, including amazing halloumi and mushroom burger Kid-friendliness: Dining pods outside are perfect for kids but inside main restaurant is fine for kids"
