"We ordered two breakfasts, but one was incorrect upon arrival. Despite this, we were willing to accept both, but unfortunately one was dropped on the floor. Only one breakfast was given to us, without any apology or acknowledgment of the missing one. After a few minutes, the waitress returned to ask for our egg preferences for the second breakfast and apologized for the mishap. It then took about 30 minutes for the second breakfast to be served. The waitress did apologize again during this time and even offered us a cake for the inconvenience. However, after waiting an additional 30 minutes since the first breakfast arrived, we had to leave as we had other commitments for the day. When we inquired about a refund, the second breakfast was finally ready, but due to the timing, it had to be packed in a takeaway box. Despite this, we found that the three front-of-house waitresses were all pleasant and polite."

Thank you for an amazing buffet and fantastic staff who made my work event a memorable evening. The restaurant was wonderful, accommodating, and the staff even joined in the celebrations. Special thanks to Rhian and the rest of the team.

The Bluebell breakfast is an absolute must very good value for money. I could have eaten a bowl of the chopped tomatoes on their own! There’s plenty of choice on the menu whether you want breakfast, brunch or lunch. The staff are lovely always give brilliant service

I asked this lovely business to cater my Mum’s memorial gathering, and the service and food was all excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and the food was delivered and set up beautifully. The scones and vegan carrot cake in particular received rave reviews! Thank you so much.

Many thanks to everyone at Bluebell for a wonderful evening for family and friends to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday. The venue was ideal, the buffet was fabulous and the girls behind the bar were fantastic. Can’t recommend highly enough as a venue to hold a private party. Brilliant!

Thanks to all the team at Bluebell for hosting 4 generations of our family for my mother’s 80th birthday today, The imaginative large and snacky menu and variety of drinks made our Vegan/Omni Birthday Brunch a success. Also thanks for serving our birthday cake and taking photos. Staff are so helpful and considerate. Well done all.

Definitely lived up to the reviews. On a miserable rainy morning, we were greeted with smiles and great service. Food was delicious (we had the bagel, all bells and whistles, and the Welsh full breakfast). It feels very community focussed with all visitors made to feel very welcome. Only disappointment was not having one near to where we live so that we could go on a regular basis!

Myself, my wife, son, stepfather went to Bluebell for afternoon tea to celebrate an early father's day on the Saturday. The afternoon tea was very delicious and good value for money in comparison to other places such as hotels who do afternoon teas. Everything was homemade and up to a great standard. Staff were pleasant and helpful with our orders. Definitely would recommend this place for afternoon tea and other food too as other peoples food looked delicious!

This was the best traditional breakfast I have ever had! Thank you, Blue Bell, for a fantastic start to my day. The portion was huge and the food was of great quality, offering amazing value for money. The flat white coffee was excellent - when you ask for a flat white, that's exactly what you get, unlike many other cafes. I couldn't fault anything about this place. It's clear that a lot of work and care goes into their meals. I can't wait to come back again! I'm on holiday in Swansea and I hope to visit again on my next trip, as this is now my favorite breakfast spot. I haven't tried their lunches yet, but I hope they are as good as their breakfast.

We visited this morning for breakfast, there was only one other table occupied. The table we chose seemed clean but we discovered a lump of grease on it. The menus were tatty rather more suited to a roadside cafe, falling apart stuck together in places with sellotape. My scrambled eggs on toast were good (although the bread was about 1 inch thick it cost over £8 so a tad expensive! and my partner enjoyed his breakfast. The service was just ok, they forgot our second round of coffees as they were so busy chatting. The very worst thing about the Bluebell Cafe is the smell of grease in the air, by the time I left my eyes were watering my clothes stank of fat for the rest of the day. They really...

"I have been wanting to visit here for ages but the stars have never aligned until Saturday. We were extremely lucky to get a walk in for the two of us. We were greeted by the owner and shown to a table. As we didn't have any drinks with us Peter suggested Tesco a few doors down and I was able to grab a bottle to enjoy with the meal. The service was wonderful and friendly and it felt like we had been going there for years, with just the right amount of care and advice. The food was exceptional from start to finish. We had the chicken satay and spring rolls to start and they were beautiful. The satay was amazing and was much darker in colour than any I have had before, but much better in flavour than any I have had before, I would definitely have these again. For main I had a chicken rendang and my wife ordered gule monkfish. The rendang was again perfect for my tastes. Spicy but flavourful with a generous portion that would satisfy the majority of eaters. I would have had seconds, even though I was stuffed because it was so good. I can't comment too much on the monkfish as I have a dislike of seafood, but my wife raved about it and said she's having the same again next time without question. So I think that sums it up. We finished with deserts of a rice pudding dish I think was called bubar, which was black rice and coconut, and the second dish we ordered was a Banana coconut pancake to which I forget the name. Again I couldn't find fault if I tried another 10 out of 10. At the end of the meal we met owner and chef Ami, who came to chat. It was lovely speaking to the owners and their passion for the food and customer service was clear. We cannot wait until our next visit"
