"I just want to pay my tributes to Maze Grill and the staff for the excellent experience we had when we visited you for dinner on New Years Eve! Me and my family felt ourself very special already from the entrance, the bar and throughout the whole dinner. Especially our headwaiter (think his name was Karnal? but also his colleagues had much to do but never failed in attention, on the contrary there where not a single second we had to wait or ask for anything. Nice details as when someone constantly have an eye if our glasses needed to be filled up or when our son dropped the fork he had a new one even faster than he could of picked it up himself from the floor. And we noticed that the staff picked up the napkins and folded it and put it back whenever someone went to toilet or so. And it never felt pushy or so, just nice and friendly discreet attention. And what about the food? The garlic shrimps for starter was great as a appetizer and the steak for main course was perfectly executed, as well as the chips and the cole slaw was to die for. Again the attention for detail was great since we had different choices all four of us. The sommelier presented the wines on an Ipad to choose from and we struck gold for choosing a red stellenbosch one. If we have anything to complain about the wine could of been a couple of degrees colder, it was room temperatur I believe. We could of said something but we didn´t since we already got our main courses. When we left Maze Grill for heading out for the fireworks the doorman helped us with a cab…all nice details that makes you feel happy to pay the bill even if its much more than you usually spend on a dinner as an ”average family”. We will certainly visit you again and we will look for other Ramsay restaurants whenever we travel abroad again. Hope you will find a place in Stockholm to start up a new restaurant someday! "Booked to come here to celebrate my Birthday with family. Have to admit, I haven't visited here since before 2019, my expectations were exceeded. They were most accommodating, due to the fact that some of my family members sadly became ill, so could not attend, however after informing Fiume, they were most gracious adjusted our table dinning requirements accordingly. The restaurant was very busy, however, that certainly didn't detract from the excellent attentive service that we received. From our starters of Crespella Ai Funghi E Salsiccia, to our mains of whole Seabass Flambe Di Gamberi, our food was superb, along with the very attentive waitress that looked after our table for our food drinks. It was quite a night, due to the fact that there must have been at least 6 other Birthday parties celebrating there, which was unusual to experience so many, . . just shows what a popular Italian Restaurant this really is. Thank You to all the staff chefs Fiume Italian Bar Restaurant, for making my Birthday celebrations an evening to remember. We'll definitely be back very soon."

"The food was nice but portions were small and prices were high very high for the size of the portions we got. And several items on the menu weren't available which was a shame. There are a lot of different deals for different days which I found confusing. There didn't seem to be any deals on the day we went we were just given a menu with no mention of any deals. No ambience but that's probably because we were the only ones in there but we were eating between lunch and dinner time so that was probably why. I wouldn't go again unless we got a good deal too pricey for too little food."

"I ordered food for 6:30 but it did not arrive, so I called the take away at 6:45. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I called again and was informed that it would be there by 7:15. When the food still hadn't arrived, I called again and was told that the driver had delivered it. I told the person on the phone that he hadn't and he hung up on me. I tried calling back but there was no answer. The food eventually arrived at 7:25, nearly an hour later than I had requested. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food was tasty but lukewarm, and the service was absolutely terrible. I would have been happier if the take away had called and informed me that my food would be late, with no apology. The customer service needs to be improved."

"This is based on a one time honest experience: Place was inviting and service was good and quick, but then again it wasn't busy at all. Food was good and bad. Ill elaborate: The person i was with had a stone baked pizza and it was amazing, no questions there. I had pasta Carbonara and then pasta Bolognese to see if it was any better. The carbonara was not good at all, the sauce was so little i was tasting the dough from which the spaghetti was made. It made the spaghetti dry and bad tasting. The Bolognese was good as far as taste goes, but there was something very odd. The sauce was very fat, as a matter of fact, it was so fat, it was sticking to the plate and fork like fine coating. Ive only ever seen this when cooking lamb(i cook). Obviously its not from the beef itself, its fat that was added to the sauce/meat mixture itself. I thought it was perhaps butter(or fat milk), but the consistency of the sauce wasnt thick and velvety, so i doubt it. Was probably animal fat. Ofc i might be wrong. In any case, the 25g of fat per serving of pasta Bolognese is probably wrong. As for pricing, id happily pay the price for the pizza, it was awesome! But the pasta, for what it is, was too expensive. I can say about the rest of the mains, but avoid the pasta if you can and grab yourself a tasty pizza"

"Booked for New Year's Eve. £69.99 per head. Service adequate but I have to say the food was not good. Pre prepared and not fresh. The amuse bouche was a piece of French bread with smoke salmon, more like a badly done canape. The Starters were accompanied by limp salad, the plates they were served on very cold evidencing they had just been sitting uncovered in a fridge. Very odd rock hard goat's cheese, and for others, 3 tiny pieces of dry sardine. As for the main, beef wellington, the fillet of beef overcooked and resembled a piece of shoe leather, I doubted it was even fillet. The pastry was raw on the inside and undercooked, and soggy on the outside. Think had been pre cooked and microwaved. Worst beef wellington I have ever seen. We all sent back and chef offered rack of lamb.Sadly this was presented raw, not rare, with huge chunks of broccoli, soggy roast potatoes and carrots. Those who ate fish said was adequate, but the spinach and ricotta filo main had by one was also raw and underdone. As for the apple tart, again some received ice cold from the fridge, others luke warm although the flavour was good. Actually spoilt New Year's Eve and we left hungry. What was even more annoying is that I believe we were not charged for 2 bottles of wine, but were expected to pay for the nasty food. I would rather have paid for the £60 wine. I will be contacting the restaurant owner for a full refund, minus the wine. I can't believe we were actually charged £75 a head for the meal, pretty disgraceful in my opinion. We actually doubted whether there was a chef in the kitchen......"

"Went here for dinner last night and it was DELICIOUS!! The waiter we had was so kind and answered all the questions we had! He had a great chat with us too : The owner was also lovely! He had a long conversation with us about where we were from, families and the restaurant. He invited us to watch the comedy show downstairs and people seemed to really be enjoying themselves. Overall a great atmosphere and would definitely come back. Oh, and the food was the BEST pizza I’ve had! Especially the garlic pizza, my family was fighting over the last piece. They gave us some wine on the house as well, even after we tried to say no, they insisted (it was so yum btw . We’d previously been drinking wine whilst we waited for our food so they knew we’d like it. Im from Australia and would fly back to London just to come here again!"

"From booking to payment, an all-round good experience. There is free direct access from the free public car-park behind although there is also free parking in the street outside if available. The request for a table in a quieter area (if there is one) so we can hold a conversation, was listened to and we were pleased to be away from the busy centre. Waiting staff were friendly and service was impeccable with just the right degree of attentiveness at all the right times. The food was delightful both in taste and presentation and the portions very generous. We had to take some home! We will definitely be going back as there is a lot more on the menu we want to try and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening there."

"Been going here since it opened and always felt it well priced, imaginative food and good ingredients. Last night it could only claim to be one of the three. The flavour of the scallops in my starter was killed stone dead by the spicyness of...the XO sauce which was good in itself, but the scallops belonged nowhere near it. My main of fish cakes and prawns was a disaster due to the poor quality of the ingredients. My hake a grey colour and mushy, not the firm white glistening piece of fish I would expect for a dish. The prawns also soft and mushy, clearly not fresh. The fish cakes were in fact potato croquettes fish in these was nonexistent. My dining partners dish of lamb was dry and as a slo cooked piece of meat one would expect the opposite. I suspect not freshly made for it to eventually dry out like that. His gnocchi hard from being re heated and fried, the element of mint was there but fading. Service was average as our table piled up with empty glasses and an empty water bottle I had to pile them to the side to make it obvious. White and rose wines are chilled to death. Its a rather annoying trait that they swirl ice in each glass to make it cold then pour refrigerated wine into it. A Viognier I ordered was barely recognisable. The rose I suspect oxidised by living a long lonely life in the fridge. It was drinkable though. Trip advisor need to update prices here. Starters are and mains start at for chicken and for veggie option but most with fish and chips Gone is the early bird menu."

"We had booked lunch for four of us at 1pm. When we arrived the place was deserted. Just two bar staff and us. The service was good, but I'd rate the choice and quality of food as very average. Halfway through our meal, several locals turned up and started playing pool at the other end of the bar. Other than that, the place was devoid of any ambience and it was all rather disappointing."

"We ordered our meals, which are freshly prepared by the owner's wife. After a brief wait, our starter of olives and bread arrived, and the portion size was excellent. Our main courses were incredibly well-prepared, and the flavors were absolutely amazing. For dessert, I indulged in the homemade baklava, which was outstanding. To top off the experience, the owner treated us to a complimentary shot of limoncello. The entire dining experience was tremendous, so much so that we decided to return the very next night. On our second visit, the owner's daughter was serving, and she was just as welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend Oliveta for anyone looking for a wonderful meal!"

"I absolutely love Sapore Vero. As others have stated, they frankly make the best pizzas I've ever tried outside of Italy and I have never been disappointed. The Puglian house red is also excellent. My fiancee and I went to celebrate a special occasion on the evening of Saturday 26/03 and had a wonderful time yet again. We were a little concerned as we were seated right next to the door and there was a bit of an uncomfortable draught from outside as the door was broken and wouldn't fully closed. We raised it with the staff and they were extremely attentive, taking care to close it properly and wedging something in the door to ensure that it sealed properly. The best thing about the experience was that we were never rushed despite it being an extremely busy Saturday evening. I never enjoy being told to leave promptly after 90 minutes so they can seat the next group of customers. Cannot recommend them enough and really do not understand some of the negative reviews. We're lucky to have such a place on our doorstep."

"The front of the restaurant on Argyle Street may be understated, but the interior is quite pleasant with a conservative and classic decor that complements the menu and service well.
