"Fast service and good ramen as expected. Creamy and not too salty broth, flavorful energetic spicy miso that blends perfectly and turns the bowl beautifully red, firm noodle. As a ramen lover, however, I am annoyed by the fact that the egg is not included by default. (I asked and refused to order “ramen with egg”. Just, why… Portion is relatively small because of the cone shaped bowl, but I just had a salt beef bagel."

"nothing is too much annoyed for these young, large menu, well cooked and presented. very clean, which is always important to me, I must say! not intentionally what is quite unusual for this part of the city. not. a public schoolboy or girl, dressed in horse clothes, only real people and real Italian cuisine. bravo ragazzi forza bar remo .... ce vediamo presto fabulous ......."

"Outstanding! Half the price of central Alvor Italian restaurants (eg mains €8) and perfect food. We had a variety of pizzas, bruscetta and. Lasagne. All were cooked to perfection and large portions (pizzas size of vinyl record). Panacotta was a bit too set, but otherwise best Italian in Alvor area. Will be our go-to in future."

"Our visit did not start well having arrived at exactly our booking time, were asked for name etc.. and then promptly ignored for 15 20 minutes by every single member of staff. Usually if a table is not ready you might be prompted to take a seat at the bar for a drink to relax but being left in limbo, by the front door, with no communication is not very nice. The barman also ignored us so... We were eventually seated after managing to get someone's attention. Ordering was fairly prompt and the food that came was OK. Not bad in anyway but also not particularly special. Some elements of the antipasti were very good. The pasta was cooked well and tasted nice but I can't rave about either dish. If you've been to Italy/Sicily or a good Italian restaurant elsewhere you know what I mean. By this point we didn't fancy staying for dessert but did order a coffee and a liquor coffee a coffee and a straight liquor arrived instead. The bill came and we had charged us for bread that had never arrived (the table next to us had also complained about that). On an increasingly rare opportunity for a date night I didn't think either was worth arguing about so paid and left. We came away feeling you might have to know the owner (who seems to be acting in a slightly odd front of house role) or be known enough to qualify for a picture for the wall (or Instagram for people who care about that) to get a decent service here. A shame and re reading some of the negative reviews I had seen before I can relate."

"I booked a table on OpenTable a few days before our visit, but I was disappointed when we arrived. There was no record of our reservation, and unfortunately, there was no space available for us, despite the waiter acknowledging my email confirmation. I would recommend 'La Piazza' down the road, which was excellent; they managed to find us a table even though they were very busy."

"We were the only customers on a Friday lunch time....therefore it was quiet. The waitress was lovely..she took time over our order and continued to check on us through out the meal....the pizza was lovely..thin and crispy..my grandson is used to Domino pizza so it came as a bit of a shock ! The meal price was part covered by a “meal deal” voucher so the price turned out very reasonable. I do agree that a glass of peroni is a bit expensive but I think that is the norm for restaurants. All in all if a few more people had been dining the atmosphere would have been better..we enjoyed our meal and would go again on a meal deal."

"Vito’s Italian had been on my ever-growing list of Restaurants to try for a while, so it was a welcomed nudge when Vito invited me to come and try what he describes as authentic Italian food. Being Italian himself, and heavily involved in all parts of the restaurant, the passion that Vito has for food really comes across in the dishes served here. The restaurant had a warm, open feeling to it and the bar area feels a little rustic. Our waiter was very friendly and tentative which I love about proper Italian restaurants, the staff always want to make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The specials board that evening included a lot of seafood so I didn’t choose from it this time but I do love seeing a specials board! The menu itself is vast so it took me a while to choose what I wanted, but it’s great to see that Vito’s offers the pasta dishes as a smaller portion for starters too. For my starter, an unusual choice for me, but I decided to go with Scamozza Al Forno Con Funghi – Oven baked Scamozza cheese with mushrooms, garlic and parsley. A large portion of big, fresh mushrooms lightly cooked and baked in lots of a cheese, far from the soggy, horrible garlic mushrooms you sometimes get on a menu that just leave a sour taste. I don’t often go for mushrooms but I was really pleased with my choice and really enjoyed this starter – so much cheese! Ben went with a starter portion of the Ravioli Aragosta – Lobster filled ravioli cooked with prawns and a touch of cream. Inside the ravioli was real, fresh, big chunks of lobster. The prawns looked big and juicy too and the dish was presented beautifully. I was tempted to be honest, but I stuck to my guns with choosing not to eat seafood (was the most difficult it’s been since I stopped eating it months ago! . However I am told this dish was perfect and delicious. It was a tough decision on which Main dish to go for. Vito recommends the traditional Carbonara. BTW don’t offend him by going to his ITALIAN restaurant and asking for an English or practically made up version of Carbonara in a cream sauce or with chicken in it – that is not a Carbonara and not an authentic Italian dish. I couldn’t believe when he told me that he had previous customers asking for it this was and giving a bad review when he said that he did not serve Carbonara in such a way. However, that night the meal that caught my eye most on the menu was Strascinati Con Salsiccia Lucana (nope I couldn’t pronounce it either – Strascinati (this word comes from the meaning to “pull” as you can see in the shape of the pasta cooked with homemade sausage meat, tomato sauce, basil and chilli. (Typical pasta from Vito’s hometown . Wow – the dish looked amazing, tasted amazing and it was amazing that I actually ate the whole bowl-full, but I did Really good choice and right up my street in terms of taste and ingredients. Ben went for a good old Calzone – Folded pizza filled with ham, mozzarella and tomato, made the traditional Italian way. The dough was perfectly folded and just thick enough that it was lovely and crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside. Fully packed with delicious ingredients, this Calzone did not disappoint, however it just beat him as he was so full. I tried it myself of course and agreed that it was really tasty. As well as the food going down extremely well, I loved the house red wine too – a Primitivo from the Apulia region, a really smooth wine. I am definitely going to get me a bottle of this for the weekend! 2 alcoholic drinks, 2 starters, 2 mains and some olives to start came to just under £60 which we thought was very reasonable and was superb value for money for the quality of food that we received. I think this restaurant would be somewhere great to go for a date or with the family for an occasion."
"Loved our meal here last night! I had the seafood risotto which was full of assorted delicious seafood, portions just perfect size. Our elderly friend had a smaller pizza as she has a tiny appetite, no problem for them to do this and she said it was delicious! My partner had the pasta with broccoli and sausage which was delicious! Great varied menu, attentive and helpful friendly staff, we will definitely be returning! (Oh, and the best Tiramisu I've ever had but don't tell my Sicilian daughter in law to be...."

"Lived is an Italian restaurant located in the center of Harrogate. It is easily recognizable with its white and orange decor that contrasts against the dark red brick exterior. Upon entering, it feels like you are on a vacation. The restaurant opened in late 2008 and offers a cheerful atmosphere with modern Mediterranean cuisine. The early bird menu is the most affordable option, offering two dishes for £8 or any pizza or pasta for £5. This deal is not available on weekends. The lasagna is priced at £8, as well as the beef cannelloni. There are also risottos available for £9.50, such as the mushroom and parmesan variety, which is very flavorful. Pizzas are priced at £7-£8, and you have the option to customize a margherita pizza by adding any ingredient for an additional 65p. This restaurant is perfect for a family outing."

"we visited here in the january and eating was brilliant. we were served by those I can only assume that the manager on the basis of the various uniforms. he seemed very impatient with us as if he had no time. we had to ask for cutlery, that seemed to be a chore, including a spicy. the vegan food dish lacked 3 items and we politely asked why we said they were sold out of these items. but you should have said that if we ordered it? overall our meal times were delicious only a scandal that we received bad service."

"This lovely and intimate Italian restaurant is a hidden gem. The owner, Daniela, is a gracious and friendly woman who takes pride in preparing many of the dishes and ingredients herself. It's clear that this is a family-run business, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The menu offers a variety of traditional pasta dishes and pizzas, all deliciously authentic. Be sure to save room for one of Daniela's freshly made desserts, and make a reservation in advance as the space is limited. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a taste of authentic Italian cuisine."

"he lived in reading for 54 years and visited this restaurant for the first time with my family, it was the worst food and service that we ever had, waited an hour for our pizza, even if people around us were served with their eating much faster, I guess the waiter who tried to remember our order without writing it, forgetting our order so that we waited and waited it fast"

"as a family, woman, son and friend. very efficient and friendly. the menu is somewhat limited, but we had appetizers that were considerable and very good. for main courses, a mixture of pasta, pizza and a chicken salad and bratkartoffeln. Some...something gloomy again, like the coffee. it is worth noting that it is unlicensed, but there are sainsbury’s, directly opposite and they are welcome to bring wein and the cafe delivers glasses. I am a fan, they can buy two decent bottles and it is much cheaper than a bottle of moderate wine in a restaurant."

"My friend and I met up in Hale for pizza/pasta Piccolino and Cibo seemed a little too dressy for lunch, Dante appeared a bit quiet, and then I found an O2 Priority offer on my phone: 2 mains at Pizza Express for £10! We headed inside and the restaurant was busy for a weekday with quite a few tables occupied, including a party of mums and their five children. I would have liked to have sat round the back where it was a little quieter, but the waiter clearly wanted to seat us near the front windows (maybe to create the impression of business?? . It was a little cramped, but fine. We were served by a waiter who was clearly experienced, very efficient, and never made us feel rushed, but lacking in a smile...ahaha : My friend ordered the vegan pizza and I ordered the legarra penne but asked for it with aubergine, courgettes and mushrooms in addition to the peppers that come in it. (I later found out that I had been charged an additional £4 for these ‘extras’, which kind of negated the whole point of visiting Pizza Express for a £5 lunch, but oh well, at least they were accommodating . Table water and a Coke Zero were both brought out very swiftly, and the food was quick to arrive too, even though the waiter had actually informed us beforehand that there was only ONE chef to cook for the whole restaurant!! My pasta was beautifully garnished with rocket on top (which I usually don’t eat but I mixed it into the pasta and it was delicious and, most importantly, absolutely PIPING hot (maybe because the bowl was warm, which is very important too !! I could tell that the pasta had been cooked al dente (as it should be as a couple of pieces of penne were ever so slightly hard, but, on the whole, this pasta was absolutely delicious. The portion was generous, the sauce wonderfully thick and ever so slightly spicy (in a good way , and the chef had managed to pack in lots of vegetables for me. My friend also enjoyed her pizza I had a couple of bites of the crust myself and the dough was as good as ever. Even though my additional requests for the pasta and my friend’s Coke Zero prevented us from paying only £10 for lunch, the bill still came to less than £17 in total, which I think was excellent value for such fast service, an accommodating kitchen, generous portions and delicious food!! If you’re in Hale and fancy a more casual Italian, I reckon Pizza Express is your best bet."

"for the first time with a friend in this restaurant. it is a family-run restaurant and they are very friendly and welcoming. we have tried the garlic bread with cheese together with the local pizza (vegetarian) and really enjoyed our meal. the employees are attentive, but balance this with let them enjoy their meal alone. the prices are reasonable, food freshly cooked to order and tastes really good. very accommodating if they want to make any changes that they want to make with eating, as leaving off ingredients (for me it was left alcohol from some of the fish dishes that was great. highly recommended."

"I have had many a superb meal here with family and friends. The restaurant is on The Fulham Road in Chelsea, for those who don't know London, it is in an affluent area and the clientele and feel of Riccardos reflect this. All the dishes I have tried are authentic and well presented, my favorite Is the Penne Pomodoro Basilico and the Linguine Funghi Di Bosco is great too. There is an excellent choice of wines and sprits. The staff are good, attentive but not too intrusive. Being Vegan it's rare to find a restaurant that caters so well for vegans as well as doing all the traditional meat dishes. Although some vegans may feel uncomfortable as lots of traditional Italian meat dishes such as Veal, appear on the non-vegan menu, I feel uncomfortable myself, but as a compromise on somewhere to go with non-vegan friends or family, Riccardo's it fits the bill. The only let down that I feel the vegan menu has is that at present there are no vegan deserts, and no soya milk available…but I have recently spoken to Riccardo himself about this. He has a very hands on approach to his business and you will often see him in the restaurant. He is a friendly and easy to talk too, and is very interested in service. So fingers crossed there will be some vegan desert options and soya milk available soon."

"this restaurant is located in the center of henley, on the main street. from the outside the pretty window deceives as it looks small, but when you enter it, it's like a tardis absolutely huge. the building is one of the oldest in the city and it was cleverly decorated with quirky features. there are seats in the ground floor as well as in the upper floor. we sat down at the back. we have made pre-book, as it was quite busy and a steady flow of guests, meant that all the tables were finally full. the personal was friendly and welcoming and offers a good service. dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. they can order either via the online system or with the waiting staff. 3 of us had a series of dressed, including garnel, garlic bread, salat, huh, bark meat, pizza, desserts and drinks. the total cost was just over £100, which is expensive, but eating was really good. we were not rushed and enjoyed the evening. I would certainly recommend it to others. parking is in the city behind waitrose and it is free after 18 clock."

"we visited here until the weekend. we used zizzes earlier, but this is a first one at resorts world. the website has not specified any tabs for booking. we knew that this could not be true given the time and the empty one around the resort. we were accommodated as walks and comfortably seated. the customer service was excellent. drinks expensive what we expected. eat very well, except I ordered a court to try for the first time what was not entirely to my wish. nothing is wrong with eating but not! the location was nicely spaced, relaxed feeling for the place, eating well and served in reasonable waiting, attentive customer service."
