"I had heard many positive reviews about this restaurant, but had never tried it until now. My expectations were high, but I must admit that I was very disappointed. I ordered takeout and the lasagne was cold, chewy on the sides, and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. The filling was not up to par and did not meet the hype. I love lasagne, but this dish did not even compare to some pub meals I have had in the past. The risotto was also cold and nothing special, although it was slightly better when warmed up. The portion of chips was stingy, greasy, and overdone. The salad was fresh but not as described, lacking olives and consisting of only a few lettuce leaves, onions, pepper, and a splash of dressing. Overall, I felt disappointed and as though we were given leftovers from the evening. This was not quality food and I was let down by the experience."

All the staff were very friendly and chatty. Great service and food. Will be going back. Vegetarian options: Three vegan options on main courses plus one extra vegetarian halloumi choice Stuffed tomatoes were beautiful Vegan fudge cake for dessert Dietary restrictions: Great options for all diets"

"Always fantastic food, the lamb chops are amazing, I always order these as part of my meal and then try something new every time too. I haven't had alot of experience with Greek food and I have never been to Greece but after eating here a few times, I'm now planning a trip when restrictions are lifted, but, for now Little Greek is as close as anyone is going to get!!!"

"Delightful café and justifiably busy on a wet Saturday lunchtime. Dogs are welcome and if their owners are coeliac then they can cater for them too. They have a separate fryer for gluten free and will substitute across their menu. They do gf bread and have a menu available via QR code where you can select allergens. Food was delicious, staff super friendly, patient and helpful. We had brunch great variety including lots of vegetarian options. The atmosphere was lovely and areas have clearly been updated recently. Plenty of seating upstairs and down, right by the beach and a stone’s throw from the Teignmouth foot ferry."

"last week we went to dinner and to the cinema, we went to the omni center so we decided to try the conan doyle for dinner. none of us had been before, but it looked really nice inside; it has a very British feeling about how it is a cozy pub. we hadn't booked a table, but it didn't take long to sit. the menu looked good, making the decision about our meal more difficult. at the end I decided for the haggis, neeps and tatties. this is not a dish that I choose normally when eating, but it felt like the perfect setting for a classic Scottish meal. fish and chips, salmon and balmoral huh were the other meal times that were decided and all enjoyed their food. the only thing I left for me was the service, it wasn't friendly or friendly. our waiter seemed to be quite stressed what could have been a contribution, but it still has put a damper on our experience. I would definitely go back to eat, but I would cross my finger for better service!"

"My first visit recently was on a Friday evening and the restaurant was full and very noisy. This is my only reason for not awarding five stars. The food was excellent and my friend, who made different menu choices, fully agreed. The service was friendly and quick but not rushed so we could enjoy a leisurely meal. The only drawback was the noise level, which increased the longer we were there and made it difficult to hear ourselves talk. I'll look forward to going again on an evening that is less likely to have large post-work groups."

"Party's long over. There are better cooked breakfasts and hearty meals for walkers, at other cafes/restaurants in town, at a better price too. It's no longer a refuge for hikers, climbers and otherwise outdoors enthusiasts, as evidenced by the fact that they now close from September till the next summer. It's a great open space over two floors that could be utilised much better. Time for the owners to sell up and move on, so the space can be repurposed to better suit the needs of the community and local economy year round. Not just the needs of tourists over the Easter and summer holidays. Parking: Free street parking is always very limited."

"Worst Pint ever! Couldn’t drink it! Used to visit this pub and also buy beer from the shop years ago when we lived nearby and it was fantastic. Sadly no longer. My husband had a pint of Waylade which was very cloudy and apparently tasted pretty awful. He complained to the waitress who said to the barman and relayed back that it was always cloudy! He couldn’t drink it! We waited ages for food as did the other customers despite it being quiet and then my husband’s prawn baguette was less appetising than one from Greggs and had no garnish, salad or finesse. The waitress did try to help with gluten information and options and I settled for a burger with a GF bun but it came as exactly that no butter, no sauce, no garnish. I declined the offer of boiled potatoes instead of chips and asked for a small cup of soup instead which she obligingly got after some deliberation hence the one star). When I went to pay I took the beer and explained that my husband found it undrinkable and the barman just shrugged and presented me with the card machine!!! If we hadn’t walked from Callander, we would have left after the drinks and I wish we had and just remembered how great it used to be! I almost never leave bad reviews and we had great meals out while in Callander fir 9 days but sadly not here and will never return or recommend this place as we had done previously."

"We had lunch on Sunday using a Groupon voucher. We were warmly welcomed and served promptly. The portion sizes were generous for two people, enough for us to take some home. The server kindly offered a takeaway box in case we couldn't finish our meals. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The only downside was that the atmosphere felt a bit lacking, possibly because it was a large restaurant and we were the only ones dining inside."

"We booked a table via email for last July the meals were fresh homemade with very good portions, absolutely delicious and well presented. The Inn has wonderful friendly staff with great attention to detail and excellent customer service. Our table had been reserved for us and ideally positioned to enable our dogs to lay without being disturbed by passing customers. What a great group of staff, one of which was Neil who was such a lovely chap and was only to happy to help. Staff were very professional, the Inn was beautiful, well presented, clean and the airflow was comfortably COOL for all inside it was 24 degrees outside. Cannot find fault at all hence 5 stars and the promise of a return visit soon!"

"Lovely Staff! AMAZING food! Visited here on Good Friday. We did not book, it was already busy with only 2 available tables. There was only 2 of us so we managed to get a seat. The menu is absolutely delicious, a great selection of things but all with carefully selected ingredients to give a contemporary twist to each dish. So nice to look at a menu and be able to choose from everything on the list!! After finally deciding, I had a celeriac gnocchi with date whiskey cream, fresh figs and raw cacao which was really unusual but tasty. my boyfriend had a roasted cauliflower and buffalo soup sounds simple but this was actually incredible! We then shared a main of pasta and the vegan cashew pesto tasted amazing. I just also wanted to mention how helpful Lucia, our waitress was, she was the only one on the floor that night and managed to keep everyone happy and food/drinks came swiftly. Highly recommend to everyone! Maybe book if more than 2? THANK YOU :D"

"So we traveled from Bristol approximately 3 hours to this restaurant. I can honestly say I was absolutely blown away by the food especially the main course. Fillet steak was 10/10 cooked to perfection (rare). For the money I would honestly say this is as good as it gets. Staff didn’t let your drink run dry, cocktails were fantastic. I would actually travel 3 hours for this again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Steak, Mixed Kebab"

"I went here to lunch with jon w and ash nauradi (his suggestion.) the first thing they notice is how new and clean the place is and walked away from the stereotype of a greasy kidnap. the menu is quite simple, but there is a good variety and I feel personally that this makes it easier to choose from as many options. I ordered a hello wrap and it was decent. the cheese was not burned, was not too watery and there was a good amount so I got a few in each bite. the one mistake was the humble, simple and tasteless, a little spicy would not go. in view of his situation in aldgate and the fact that I did not try any of the sweets on this occasion, I will come back in definitiv!"

"**Dining Experience: Dinner Cost per Person: £20–30** I recently visited a restaurant for dinner, and I was quite impressed with the overall experience. The ambiance was inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for an enjoyable meal. The menu offered a great variety of dishes to choose from, catering to different tastes. The food was delicious, and I found it to be well worth the price range of £20 to £30 per person. Portion sizes were generous, and the dishes were beautifully presented. The service was attentive, with staff members being friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Overall, I had a lovely dining experience and would recommend this restaurant to others looking for a satisfying meal in a pleasant setting."

"This restaurant is fantastic! The staff are very knowledgeable about beers and spirits, and they have a great selection of malt whiskies which is rare for a pub. The drinks are reasonably priced, especially the doubles. The food options such as Brixworth pate, sirloin, gammon, and scampi were all delicious and well-presented. The portion sizes were generous and the overall value for money was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive. The outdoor seating area is also a nice option. Overall, this restaurant is worth a visit."

"Terribly ugly frontage, which is the shutters of the businesses below, but a nice little restaurant when you get upstairs. It was quiet when we visited, so not much atmosphere, but the food was top notch. Portion sizes were a bit mean...3 halves of roast potato with a main course of chicken...come on, potatoes are really cheap! We'll definitely go again, and again though, and I wouldn't mind owning some shares in this (highly profitable? business, haha! Well worth a visit to imagine you're back on your hols!"

"Father's Day treat and found the Agora on TripAdvisor. Lunch for two, three courses, coffee and drinks for a very reasonable £60. Decor is light and airy, staff attentive and friendly, excellent range of gluten free options with special symbol on the large menu. We had starters of Sujuk and a Spicy Liver (not pictured). Both delicious and packed with flavour. For mains, Beef Stifado, a chunky beef stew served with rice, and a Sea Bass with spinach and feta. Both excellent. All washed down with legendary Mythos Greek lagers. Turkish coffee served on silver tray with Turkish Delight on the side was a lovely touch."
