"This restaurant is fantastic! The staff are very knowledgeable about beers and spirits, and they have a great selection of malt whiskies which is rare for a pub. The drinks are reasonably priced, especially the doubles. The food options such as Brixworth pate, sirloin, gammon, and scampi were all delicious and well-presented. The portion sizes were generous and the overall value for money was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive. The outdoor seating area is also a nice option. Overall, this restaurant is worth a visit."

On Wednesday nights, you can enjoy a curry meal including curry, rice, popadom with chutney, onion bhaji/pakora, and a glass of wine or a pint for only £12. The value is unbeatable. The restaurant was bustling with energy, and the service was phenomenal. They also offer a similar deal for Pie night every Tuesday. This traditional and authentic village pub deserves top marks!

Ate here on a Saturday evening with friends. Waitress was great, food a little disappointing, felt very average. Burger tasted like a cheap market stall burger. Burger advertised 'steak and red onion ' the red onion was literally 2 small slices of red onion. Also no sauces available with the steak. I think some little tweaks to the food could make the menu excellent. We were looking to return to try the roast on a Sunday but will try elsewhere now. Food: 3
