"This was my first visit to Flesh and Buns and I would definitely be bringing other people here. The service is top notch. They were so accommodating when we were going to be late whereas other places might get funny about it. The food was amazing. It was so quick to the table and it tasted absolutely delicious. The only negative when it comes to the food I could say is that the beef that my friend got was a tad overcooked and a little tough but the Japanese chicken that I had was delicious. The portion sizes are very good as well. Cocktails are a little expensive but that is London pricing for you. They were really nice. Deadly because you can drink them like water. Overall, one of the best restaurants that I have been to and I will definitely be coming again."

"This is probably my fourth visit over a period of several years. They have an interesting menu, but I've always ordered the Shashimi set. It is always good and I've decided to stick with what I've enjoyed in the past. About the only complaint is the flight of stairs leading to the restaurant. I have mobility problems and wish there was a lift. Still, it is one of my favorite places to eat in London and most convenient for a visit to the Donmar Warehouse."

"While the revolving dishes system is certainly unique and fascinating, the sushi's quite often do not taste fresh. For all I know, the same dishes must be revolving around all day. For vegetarians, the options is limited and there is no flexibility of ordering something not on the menu. Many better, more fresh Japanese fast food restaurants that I would suggest instead of Yo Sushi."

"I am not usually a fan of sushi, but I have tried to give it a chance. Today, my experience at this restaurant changed my mind completely."

"Having been to Kura revolving sushi bars in the United States, which is generally rated 4+ stars, definitely not for sushi quality but maybe for the revolving sushi experience that is quite limited and new to the regions, Yo!, without a doubt, outranks them in my book. This place is generally extremely busy. No seats are left vacant, so don't expect too much space while eating, for the claustrophobics. Therefore, outstanding service is reasonably to not be expected. However, as a solo customer, I was able to be quickly seated at the bar, sandwiched between two other customers, with limited space to flare my elbows out while using utensils to eat. In comparison to Kura, the Salmon Sashimi at Yo! was much fresher. What actually surprised me most was the generous amount of seafood I was given in the Spicy Seafood Ramen I was served. The taste of the broth and texture of the noodle were mediocre, however. The staff quickly attended to my needs and were able to get me in and out with plenty of time to make it to my gate for on-boarding. All it took was a waiving of a hand to grab the attention of the overworked employees. Would likely come back."

"This restaurant offers delicious food in a great atmosphere, but it can be pricey if you're really hungry. I wasn't happy about the fact that they charge for water, but the unlimited bowls of soup make up for it."

"My daughter and I did the Yo Sushi cooking experience. It was absolutely fantastic! Fun, engaging and really interesting. Would recommend without hesitation. Dave who led the session was so patient and took time to explain each dish. A wonderful ambassador for the company."

"I used to be a loyal patron, but I was quite disappointed when I paid £9 for a rice dish that only had 2 prawns. It felt like I could have easily prepared it at home for much less. I mentioned my concerns when I ordered 3 dishes, specifically asking for a decent amount of prawns, and I was assured they would meet my request. Unfortunately, they didn 't follow through on their promise. My daughters and I used to frequent this place, but this experience has led us to reconsider our choice. Please consider improving the quality and quantity of your dishes. Please take this feedback into account for future improvements RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I understand your concern, and I appreciate your apology for not meeting the expected standard in your prawn dishes. It 's reassuring to know that your prawn dishes should include 4 king prawns, and it may have been an unintentional mistake. However, I won 't email you to resolve this issue. I 've experienced this problem multiple times, with the most recent occurrence just a few days ago when my daughter and I ordered the same dish, and the prawns were once again insufficient. While one mistake can be forgiven, a total of 5 incorrect dishes within a week suggests a recurring issue. We value our hard-earned money just as much as you do, and we hope for better experiences in the future. This experience has left us with no choice but to say, NEVER AGAIN."

"I love Yo Sushi, but unfortunately, I don't always enjoy this particular location! The food is generally what you would expect, but sometimes the options on the conveyor belt are not the best."

"I had the tom yum soup, which was fantastic—just what I needed on a cold and dreary day. The highlight for me was the deep-fried wontons; I can't believe how delicious they were—crispy, flavorful, and simply amazing! The grilled dumplings were also very good, even better than the dim sum. I highly recommend trying the food here!"

"So happy that I have found a local Restaurant serving Asian food where dogs are welcome. My husband and I had a fantastic meal whilst our dog enjoyed a bowl of water, plate of biscuits and lots of attention from the staff. The menu is innovative genius prawn and mozzarella wasabi wanton) and I suspect we could find something enticing and new every night of the week. Can't wait to go back."

"We visited from Leeds and it was the only place we could find with booking availability so close to Christmas. A shame because the food is really nice. Accommodating when we asked to change our arrival time. Lovely food, excellent portions, a complimentary cup of green tea we weren't expecting and just really nice staff. Next we are down for a dance show we will be coming back here"

"Booked restaurant by mistake but decided to have a go. Lovely staff. It was our 22nd anniversary but reservation seemed lost. Cocktails were poor.! mine was served in a ceramic black cup and was half full with ice cubes, the kokokura? Dinner was ok its all about a tasting menu but selection was poor. We had to order a lot to be filled up, some dishes were extremely expensive ie:the duck . Not one dish was outstanding or memorable. Service was amazing i did not dislike the reastaurant but as a chef i was disappointed, I've had better Japanese food. For people with little knowledge of food then it's worth a try can't say I would be back."

"I am busy preparing to leave for my honeymoon today, but we had such an extraordinary experience that I had to take a break from laundry, packing and cleaning to get a review out. When I checked in last night, I noticed that Oaka only had one review. My husband is a pub geek, which means that I am now a pub geek by marriage. We went on a mid week pub crawl in Kennington last night, and as we left the house, I was mentioning my hunger. Chris recalled that Oaka (our second stop on the tour) had food, so on the way to Kennington, we looked up the menu online. We didn't even get to the mains, and had already decided on several things from the bar menu (Gap glam) that we wanted. As we were on a pub crawl, we started off with a pint. The selection was vast. Our usual trend is for Chris to select two and let me try them and decide which I'd like. Usually he prefers the other one, so it works out. I chose the JHB as my favourite, and really enjoyed it. One thing to note on this section is that Oaka does 1/3 (such a cute little baby glass) and 2/3 pints. We ordered the Vegetarian Gap glam platter for two, which came with crispy spiced aubergines, tempura vegetables, thai spring rolls and curried pumpkin gyoza. Two sauces came on the side for dipping a sweet chili sauce with peanuts and a wasabi soy sauce. We also got an order of thai fries. Everything was very good. Crazy good. When we were done eating (everything was gone) we were sad that there wasn't more. We were full, but still wanted more. I think that says something. Can't wait to go back. But right now... I better get back to honeymoon prep!"

"We have been to Yo! before, where you take your bowls and then wait for your server to come and price it up based on the colour of your bowls. Then you get a shock, if you haven 't noted down your spend. They have changed all this with Covid in mind. There is no 'button ' to call someone. We couldn 't actually get the Help to work online, but it didn 't matter. You have a row of LEDs on the end. You order via their website, which is easier than you think. The lights go amber when your order is being made and about to be put on the carousel. You get an email with your order so you can keep a tally of your spend. You see your food coming down the line and it 'breaks ' and stops by your table, and the light goes green IT 'S YOURS! Everything tasted super fresh. When you want more, you just order it on the website again, and if you pay with Apple Pay, no need to get your card out. It 's really easy.Yes it costs much more that Wasabi and places like that, but this is about the experience, and after a year+ of not eating out, this was sooooo good."
