"I booked a table for an early dinner. The look of the place is the now compulsory 'East London industrial shabby chic' but it is done tastefully and the candlelit space looks nice in the evenings. It would be a very romantic venue were it not for the proximity of tables. You can hear every word they whisper at the next table but that is an issue with most London restaurants.Staff was very cordial and the service was good. Food came very quickly and there was always a member of staff on hand it was early in the evening and only a third all tables were occupied so I cannot say how they cope when the place is full. The homemade lemonade was a glass of water with a few drops of lemon, you could barely taste the fruit, but I was there for the food after all.I ordered three vegetarian tapas dishes: sweet potato with dates and walnuts, aubergine with tomatoes, beetroot and apple and romanesco with beetroot and almonds.I was curious about the potato dish as I wanted to see how they would balance the sweetness of ingredients and, unfortunately, they didn't. It felt as if you were eating a dessert. The salad creamlike dressing on the aubergine completely drowned the flavour of what was supposed to be the main ingredient and the romanesco was overcooked and, same as sweet potatoes, drowning in the sea of grasses coriander, rocket et al..Food was not terrible but it was below average and, at a dish, slightly overpriced for what it tasted like, however it is still per dish cheaper than what you would be charged in many tapas bars in Soho"

We had a great time at this low key restaurant. Food is great and mezze style although Asian inspired!Value for money is excellent and cocktails like the Hoxton special is a must

We went for the dishes for deal so had a bit of everything. The flatbread with hummus with exciting, sea bream in banana leaf was sublime and the highlyrecommended duck did not let us down. Cocktails were tasty and service was warm and attentive. Would definitely recommend

is a nice place with yummy food and a cool industrial vibe. The service is good and friendly, and there are great vegetarian options. We went for Saturday brunch and unfortunately the place was a bit too cold, and noisy due to renovation work upstairs. In quieter summer months I'm sure this place would be a gem

The food is tapas style and with four of us dining we got to try most of the menu all the food was interesting usual and delicious and was brought out at well timed intervals. All staff were friendly helpful. Didn't get to try the great looking cocktails instead opting for the reasonably priced wine list. Overall definitely worth a visit

I tried this on a Saturday evening with a party of four. The menu enables groups to share dishes, and the quality of the food was simply superb with a good array of vegetarian options available as well. What really stood out, however, was the service the staff here are incredibly friendly, polite and professional and will ensure everybody is having a great time. I would recommend this restaurant highly

if they have never tried, filipino kitchen is this place has to. it is a bit of a fusion, but the most important Filipino elements still play a big roll in the aromen. each dish was excellent and very creatiw, full of beautiful fresh ingredients. the personal is very friendly and welcoming. my only complaint would simply be her outdoor advertising, as it is not clear what kind of restaurant it is. overall this is an excellent restaurant and a welcome supplement to london for filipino cuisine
