"We’ve been eating out every night for the past two weeks and this is the restaurant I’m going to remember most. The sleepy village it’s in seems like it wouldn’t have such a gem and literally the other side of the street looks busted and run-down. It’s like an oasis. Tasteful decor, kind and attentive service, if a bit slow at times and so much attention paid to detail. I had a saffron pasta with crunchy bits of mezzacolo that was fantastic a true 10 and a fava puréed with chicory appetizer that was mouthwatering. My only regret was not being able to polish off a bottle of wine because we still had to drive back to Gallipoli. We would go back if they were open to the public for lunch but I think it’s only open for hotel guests. I strongly recommend you check it out. A friend from the area turned me on to it."

The location is awesome, “orangerie” type and cozy ambiance. Food started very well with a tartare of baby tuna, excellent. Unfortunately the main dish was very salty and I was obliged to return it back to the chef. They replaced it with baby tuna cooked very well. All in all expensive for what we have eaten.

The setting is great but the food is a let down. It tries to be something it is not. Too complicated and expensive. Value for money is just not there. Service was ok to begin with but then forgot to ask us for dessert and we decided to ask for the bill at that point. It says it is a vegetarian restaurant but sadly a few words, quite key, are lost in translation. All in all a negative experience and a costly one
