every time we come to edge a skimmer dinner is a must. we have never been disappointed. piero ravioli are always legendary but over the years new dishes have been added, mainly of land, modified according to seasonality. simple recipes, Ligurian tradition but always fresh and cooked with a touch of creativity.

I was a guest and we had a menu for a special occasion. the excellent branda, a flange of delicate zucchini and the ravioli strepitosi....to follow the octopus on the plate on cream of really soft beans....to some,alternamente coniglio al ligure and alternative to ravioli tagliatelle to the ragù di mare...all delicious, simple cuisine and raw material very fresh. the bill?...but the dishes deserve... the kind super waiters!

In attesa dell'evento musicale dei Matia Bazar, abbiamo deciso di cenare presso questo ristorante trattoria sedendoci all'aperto, visto il meteo favorevole. Il servizio è stato veloce ed il personale gentile e disponibile a fornire informazioni sui piatti del menù, già comunque molto ben descritti sulla lista. Preso due primi piatti tipici della Liguria ed una torta Mazzini. tutto molto buono fatto con ingredienti genuini, ma forse le porzioni sono un po' sottodimensionate. Prezzi nella media e cosa positiva, non fanno pagare il coperto. View menu
