"We enjoyed the food so much at Aapka/Prenzlauer Berg, we returned a second evening during our stay in Berlin. The food is absolutely delicious. The service is great and the restaurant atmosphere is lovely. Our server was very efficient, kind, and personable. The Samosas were delicious as was the Chicken Tandoori Grill, Curry Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Chicken Madras. Each one of the dishes were flavored perfectly and served hot. The Grill dishes are especially nice as they come sizzling hot to your table. Contrary to the review regarding the portion sizes, we found them to be quite adequate. We also throughly enjoyed the special mango liquor we were served following dinner. It was delicious and special. We highly recommend Aapka in Prenzlauer Berg!"

We ate here during a three day break in Berlin. The value and service were good, and the food was okay, although a little bland. I’d recommend ordering one of the hotter curries as the one I had was too mild. View menu

Average size portions, for a vegetable dish there were very little vegetables in it, thin sauce, tasted salty, found out that for Indian food Germany is maybe not the right country. Will not recommend this restaurant to friends.

I had a vegetarian thali and I couldn’t fault it. Every other dish that we ordered was really good. The service was very friendly. Had a great chat with the waitress and the owner. Decor and atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely return.
