dreadful man in his fifties without customer service skills. he shouldn't be in front of customers! stay away from how people like these should go out of business

We asked for get beer and he start toke annoyed and very loudly and obviously he didn't want to serve us. We just asked we didn't pretend. Very bad experience, some frends got similar experience, in that place NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely love this restaurant I've visited twice now, once at Christmas and again recently to celebrate my birthday. Both times we were made to feel extremely welcome and looked after very well. The food is superb especially the seafood. Really recommend Adesso and...looking forward to visiting again soon.

We haven’t been since we moved away nearly 5 years ago. I saw some of the reviews and thought maybe things had gone down hill. Quite to the contrary, the food was sublime! I have met the owner before and at first thought he was...quite formidable, however, what I found was he was very friendly and pleasant if you were to him. Maybe those reviewing otherwise might look at themselves…

we had a nice meal in this Sicilian restaurant, which is well located at the bottom of richmond hill. it felt like a truly authentic Sicilian experience; a busy, busy restaurant serves traditional, unpretentious Italian cuisine, which tastes great and does not hit the wallet. too hard. do not expect sharp white bed linen and Michelin Star presentations, but expect them friendly service, great selection and high-quality food and they will not be disappointed.

Unexpectedly I found myself with a friend in Richmond as I live in central London- my friend visited this restaurant frequently and to be honest I was thinking it may be average- however I was blown away on how wonderful the food was !!! The...pasta sicilianna was a wow and we had canollo afterwards. The staff were amazing and really friendly!!! I think I am going to have to make a few more trips to Richmond to go here again. The food was definitely the best I have had in years !!!! A really fabulous food experience!!!!

a family of 4 decided to have a meal an early evening in the week. the restaurant was not busy. we waited long to get our menus. when they were handed over to us by a worker, there was no hospitality....We ordered our food and waited almost an hour for our ancestors. the waiter was extremely unpleasant. the appetizers were amazing and so were our main thing. the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. the food was tasteless, the staff was rude and unwilling. will not come back and would not recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I spend many weekends and summer evenings walking with my kids and friends around Richmond. The first time I visited was last year when we had some of restrictions being lifted. This was one of the few places open and they had an outdoor grill...and were make panino sandwiches. Their Italian sausages are superb and traditional pizza are good. I get takeout and either sit next to river or on the Green. I have always found the owner very welcoming and he always treats the kids very well. Fair prices, happy kids and I have been there 20+ times in the last year. Can't give a better compliment than that.

we wandered around a Sunday night around richmond and believed on this place Sicily at the bottom of richmond hill, it looked lively and curved out. the owner, who has dealt with some very unfair assessments here, initially looked a little harassed. but this was just because there was only one other person who was attending a very busy session. as the evening progressed, he became charming personified and made the experience most pleasant. I would say that he was actually a friendly man who was badly condemned. we had an excellent meal with a beautiful bottle of Sicilian wine at a very reasonable price for richmond. it was the first night of our vacation in london and has set us up for a few...
