Lovely hotel, friendly staff and the sandwiches were great you can customise what you like. Overall very good. I would return.

Wonderful afternoon at the grosvenor for afternoon tea. Saiful who served us was very attentive. Mire than enough food, we didn’t eat for the rest of the day! The park room had a lovely atmosphere,we felt at ease and would recommend .

Very disappointing visit for afternoon tea. Sandwiches were just presented on white sliced bread cut like children’s soldier slices. Only a small amount of jam and cream for the very tiny scones which were served. The tearoom lacked the ambience and atmosphere of other hotels...

Sophie greeted us warmly, but we would have preferred a single table instead of two small tables pushed together as we had asked. Unfortunately, the desserts that came after were quite disappointing; the choux buns and scones were dry and lacking in flavor. Additionally, the amount of jam and cream provided for five people was insufficient.

A beautiful place. Warm welcome, but the staff seemed busy and we waited an inconvenient amount of time to settle the bill. The afternoon tea was nice, although I did not request open sandwiches that were awkward to eat and I ended up giving some to my husband because he was still hungry. Compared to similar experiences, I'm sorry, it's not my favorite. View menu
