"a beautiful discovery on the hills of Bologna. exposed cheese stone with a beautiful view, you eat well, typical dishes very good (we tried the tagliatelle “classes” to the bolognese ragù and green tortelloni with ricotta on reduction of broth and crispy bacon and for the second two cutters). the only new environment a little cold and the dishes served on cold dishes arrived already warm."
