"We had booked via thefork that morning as we had no Italian and wanted to eat here at lunchtime on our arrival in Palermo from the airport. We were welcomed warmly and enjoyed the food very much. Portions were plentiful and we were pleased that we opted to share secondi. We had the pasta alla Norma and the pasta with octopus Ragu as our promi, followed by veal rolls, sweet and sour squash, and potatoes. Given that neither of us particularly like squash, we weren't sure why we ordered it but it was rather nice. We arrived at the tail end of lunch and there were only a couple of tables occupied but we didn't feel under any pressure to leave and were the last ones there. (Sorry if we overstayed our welcome!"
