My girlfriend and I did a short retreat in Locarno and stayed in Hotel la Palma au Lac. We had the premium room and it was fantastic. The view from the balcony onto the lake was beautiful and the service was always very friendly. We would definitely come back! Service: 5

The breakfast buffet alone was worth staying here! So many options and all delicious. Everything was clean, the outdoor lounge and sauna areas were very nice. A pool would be a great addition but the hot tubs at night were nice. Staff were friendly. Would stay here again. Service: 5 View menu

We spent a few days at the hotel and really enjoyed it. Nice staff, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, beautiful location. Maybe the only negative point for my friend who only speaks English is that there are no English speaking TV channels. Would be nice to have an option for English speaking people. Service: 5

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The view from the balcony in our room was breathtaking. Breakfast buffet one of the best I have seen, very fresh produce and a vast array of sweet and savory breakfast items. The fact that you can also have breakfast on the terrace outside with lakeview only added to the experience Service: 5

Despite its premium pricing, this hotel falls significantly short of expectations. No parking or WiFi details at check-in. At 9:30 AM, there was no hot water or water pressure. The restaurant was disappointing and not worth visiting. On a positive note, the cleaning staff was friendly, and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, the wellness facilities were mediocre, making the overall experience feel like poor value for money. Service: 1 View menu

We had a wonderful stay! Since our arrival at the hotel. Everything was perfect with a smile, and warmth and very professional. Our room was superb! (with the roses to order and in addition rose petals on the bed. A very nice surprise. A big thanks. The restaurant is up to our expectations. A delight! Picture perfect. The hotel is beautifully implemented. Lots of attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful entrance area. The choice of colors and material perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and highly motivated. Whether reception, SPA, room service or service. The restaurant with a view of the sea is unmistakable. The price is a bit higher but the quality is top notch. The fish was boned right at the table. Rooms facing the lake are also stunning. Modern, comfortable beds, balcony with views of Lago. Definitely: we will be back

Wir waren 2 Frauen, die jede ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte. Wunderbare Zimmer, sehr sauber und ruhig, auch auf der hinteren Seite des Hotels mit der Bergsicht. Sehr guter Service vom Empfang, gute Erklärung für Unternehmungen. Sehr freundlicher Service beim Frühstück, tolles Frühstück mit einer grossen Auswahl und es war so richtig toll am Morgen mit Blick auf den See auf der Terrasse frühstücken zu können. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und freundlich bedient worden. Herzlichen Dank.
