"The Hotel Restaurant Alexander in Bad Mergentheim is once again a Greek restaurant that can be visited without any problems without being disappointed. From the outside, we went into the interior with great tension. There you can now have a two-part opinion, on the one hand it is nice and modern, on the other hand you also have areas with normal restaurant equipment “older” Yearly or ‘older’ vintages. But it's all right. That basically doesn't reduce the rest. Of course, what should not be missing are the typical Greek decorative items, which are, however, relatively discreetly distributed. Now for dinner. In the review are the village plate and the mix plate. The plates are nicely dressed and have a look. Portion size enough on the plate. That means who wants food and doesn't want to roll out is a good thing here. Who thinks he gets a crowded plate should go elsewhere see also pictures). Here value is placed on quality and not on quantity. The Gyros was delicate and tasty, not overgrown and not too greasy and partly nicely crooked. There's nothing to complain about here. The Souflaki tastes good here too, the meat tastes delicious, partly perhaps a little much seasoned, but was just a place, think that is the exception. The Calamari tastes good and fresh, the panade is quite thin, so you also have something from the Calamari. The rice is quite juicy, well tuned and saturating at 2 heaps. The Tzaziki is beautifully creamy, with a note of garlic, but not too strong. Everything is recommended, as the service has also been fit. The staff is friendly and fast. Prices may be too high, but I think if the taste is right, you can pay a little more. Of course there is also an ouzo on the house, if you don’t want to get a “children” drink. Mother's Day, 3/4 hours waiting until drinks from the order to the table was! Food ordered, starters from order to table ne 1/2 hour main course 1 hour! Leaves very much to wish, you can understand waiting times, but not almost 2 hours!!! Eating very well as always, there was also an apology for the waiting period!

Tolles Restaurant! Anständige Speisekarte, sehr nette Angestellte und sehr gutes Essen!. Ich war völlig zufrieden, und die Preise sind angemessen!. Die guten Bewertungen sind also völlig zurecht!.
