"This is a nice place with great decor. We went in early March and it was great food, great service and a very pleasant experience. Not quite so this time. Everything seemed to take ages. We waited so long for the main course we asked for some bread and olive oil this didn't come until we got the main course which defeated th object. I had a lasagne which was burned and they forgot the salad, when I complained that it was burned the manageress started laughing; she did ask if I wanted another one but I would have to wait so I declined opting to scrape off the burned top layer. The four waiting staff were pretty poor, very young and most probably untrained and just didn't seem to know what to do. The rest of the food was pretty good. This was birthday celebration but it turned into a damp squib due to the burned food, long wait and inattentive staff. We finished the main course and went elsewhere."

Incredible service and the food was absolutely incredible. Recommend the charcuterie board for a sharing starter. Big portions, incredible for value for money. Aperol Spritz was 10/10. Highly recommend.

Lunch at Dolce Vita was wonderful! Besides the regular menu, they have a 2 or 3 course pre-fix menu at lunch time, which is a great value. I had the calamari, carbonara, and tiramisu on the 3 course menu which were all good. The tiramisu is to die for. Absolutely amazing and will go here again.

I tried the lunchtime menu at Dolce Vita and was extremely impressed! The value was outstanding, the quality of the food was excellent, and the service was very friendly. The macchiato was the best I've had outside of Italy. This was my first time visiting Dolce Vita, but it definitely won't be my last.
