"I decided to spend my 25 birthday with alliance, this was the best experience I had in a michelin restaurant and I gedimt at 30! the service is impeccable, eating is unbelievable, from the spring roll to the deaf to dessert with kiwi ice cream, it surpassed my expectations for a menu that 140€. They sent a very sweet dessert that had “happy birthday Jess” on it! we were even asked if the restaurant wanted to call us a taxi back to our hotel. it was the best experience and I would like to come back when I come to France!"

the lighting in this small restaurant was perfect and the staff welcomed very warm and friendly. service was impeccable and each cure was beautifully presented and exquisite in tasting. wein pairings were also well selected in all outstanding experiences!

alliance is a first-class French restaurant. the food and the presentation were excellent . the personal was also on the spot. We informed our waiter that we were a little short time and they took up our experience without any misfortunes. we recommend alliance !

From our first meal to the meal today the food, service and ambiance have been impeccable. Alliance is our favorite restaurant in Paris and we plan to return on our future visits. my son and I wanted to taste a Michelin star restaurant and alliance was really a wonderful experience. it is very small, but has a wonderful ambiente. we chose the 140 euro option and I lost the number of courses! we also chose the wine pairing that was 75 euro per person. we loved the restaurant really very much and they made us so welcome. we cannot recommend alliance as the first dive into a Michelin star restaurant.
