"General, Location After a brief change in the restaurant at the golf course was recently announced, I decided to take my dinner there today. The restaurant is located at the end of the Kirchheim Wendligen golf course. Parking spaces were available in abundance. This should be different if the golf courses are released again for playing. Ambiente The ambience is that of a club place of the top class. I would like to call the decoration as economical. There are, however, rooms which were unfortunately closed. The restaurant has a huge terrace, which, in beautiful weather, invites you to sit for longer. From there as well as from the restaurant you have a magnificent view of the Swabian Alb. Service The welcome was very friendly. Hardly I had taken my place, the young waiter already brought me the menu. Menu This is very complex. Each text page faces a photo page with a court of the house. The dishes offered are located in the area of regional, Swabian, national and international cuisine, so to speak of everything. The enclosed weekly card is striking. There is a different daily dish at the price of 8, € each weekday, and that lasts all day for as long as stock. Eat I then decided for a Thai Cocos curry soup with shrimp and sugar beet chopped (5,90€ and the daily dish chicken breast baked with herbal crust, risotto and grilled oyster mushrooms (8, €). With such a relatively expensive court, it simply cannot happen. The chicken breast was very juicy and tasty. The Risotto was also very well prepared and tasted. An absolute bargain at the price. The wine and spirits card is also very interesting. In addition to the general standards, it contains astonishingly many products of regional noble producers at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I couldn't cost it as a car driver. All in all, I can recommend the restaurant especially the weekly ticket. My food has in any case encouraged me to test the more expensive dish à la carte on occasion. The whole-day opening comes to my tendency to eat when the hunger is coming forward."

"General The Ristorante/Pizzeria Il Gargano has its name from the spoon of the Italian boot, from whose area the owner originates. It comes from the former inn Lamm. The offers are obviously youthful and old. The rest days share the 3 family farms in a skillful way so that at least one farm has always opened. Salvatore Nardella, the head of the house is the son-in-law of the Wernauer Gastronomenfamilie, whose members also operate the Pizzeria Pulcinella and the Trattoria Calabria. He himself manages the kitchen with a cooker, completes the purchases and creates the menu or day ticket. Service His wife Adelina is responsible for the service, a not quite simple task with now 60 restaurant, 60 terraces in the warm seasons and 80 halls. Food and drink Among the principles of chef is that all dishes are original Italian prepared from fresh ingredients. Olive oil and house wines are sometimes brought from Italy. I have compiled the following menu for me today from the daily recommendation: · Shells in white wine kernel sauce with fresh pizza rolls 7.50€ · Panna cotta 3.50 € 0.25 ltr. Trebiano DOC 3,50 € Due to the house there was still a good grappa. A good price-performance ratio for the quality achieved. I was very happy with everything and can only recommend the place. I can only recommend a delicious lunch. PS. The Lasangne al Forno at the neighboring table also looked very good and smells delicious."

"Ich war spontan mit meinem Freund und einem Freund dort essen.Preis Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Die Preise sind Human, nicht teuer aber zu viel verlangt für die Portionen. 3,20 oder wie viel auch immer für 2 Mini Frühlingsrollen, die so groß sind wie meine Daumen, fand ich schon hart. Auch das Ente nicht gleich Ente ist, sondern eigentlich aus Haut und Teigmantel und 23% Fleisch besteht war schon echt bitter. Vom Geschmack her war es ganz gut und auch das die dort nicht die üblichen Imbiss/Restaurante Sachen anbieten finde ich auch sehr gut. Nur hat es leider sehr lange gedauert. Man sollte sich schon bisschen mehr als 1 Stunde mitnehmen um dort essen zu gehen. Das Personal sollte öfters die Tische abräumen. Es standen um uns 3 Tische die nicht abgeräumt waren und 1 Tisch war von Anfang bis wir gegangen sind nicht abgeräumt worden."
