"After much research I found this restaurant along with several others which surround it online. It is not in the central area. This is not a tourist area, its a gentrified area, meaning still looks rough around the edges. Wanted to check it out because...I am a fan of seeing how locals live and also, love the creativity and energy that is often found in up and coming neighborhoods. There is a large outdoor market here. We withheld buying to much in the very well known Naschmarkt (probably spelling it wrong) the famous vienna market because we knew we were coming here. unfortunately it was a freezing cold day and half of the vendors were not there but also. Many or the things we saw was really cheap crappy clothing and stuff we wouldn't normally buy. This place was a jewel. We stopped by An-Do fisch first but it was kind of pricey for us. Meals were on the average over 20 Euros and we didn't want to spend that much for lunch. So we stopped in An-do and it was great. Enclosed in glass with an outdoor area (which was closed, it was freezing) there was a smoking and non smoking area. The food was delicious, fresh and thoroughly enjoyed. The pricing was also good. it was around 11euro for a superbly seasoned chicken satay dish, with jasmine rice and a nice salad and honey potato. I loved it and my traveling companion loved her food. Definitely worth the trek. It was about 20 minutes ride from midtown on the tram."

Vienna, Austria's capital, is known for its imperial architecture, rich musical heritage, and traditional dishes like Wiener Schnitzel and Sachertorte.
