"After years again a visit to Orthopaedics in Pforzheim; for us, after so many years again a visit to Anami. The restaurant is one of four anamis distributed over Baden Württemberg and is one of the varieties of Vietnamese Japanese restaurants that you can not deny a certain tendency to show but still do not try to hide under a cascade of dry ice lack of quality. And just like at the time, we forgot to tackle the problem of the coriander... So I had the fresh summer roll for me while my lover was satisfied with Dim Sums and spring rolls, but that was very satisfied. It was only to complain that the summer parts had been pushed too closely together so that they were almost insoluble on one another and could only be freed from one another with partial destruction of their physical integrity. The Edamams were still young, at least the beans were quite small. Then there was a court for my wife with the dreamy name Deep Blue Ocean (20,00 €). On sushi rice and salad various sashimi (thunfish, salmon, yellowtail mackerel, plus two properly dimensioned Tempura shrimps were arranged. My wife was really excited about the rice, boiled to the point, aromatic, slightly sour and so sticky that he could eat well with sticks. Wakame was there, by the way, and now I notice it is on the menu under Wacamole. It's probably there as long as the menus look, and that makes me feel. After I only loved the Pho Hanoi, but after the knights last week I found it too repetitive, I chose something that is probably understood as a flagship of the house: Deluxe Anami. Here is a selection of three types from the grill: salmon steak, large tiles and barbary duck breast; for the latter I decided (20,00 € and should not regret it. A beautiful, delicate piece that might have been tenderer if it were medium. The choice is offered on the map, but neither the waiter nor I thought. In addition, an international, “high quality” vegetable blend of Pak Choi, chop sugar, corn and green asparagus that fried briefly in oyster sauce and remained delicious. Above the same salad as in the deep blue ocean and a part of a bowl of good journey. Although "deluxe" and "high quality" are sung on the plaster, the bids can be seen and costed. You can also treat normal vegetables with care as this happens. Carefully treated you also feel as a guest. Quickly, this certainly also with regard to the rushed lunches, and the young man was always in place when he was needed. Orthopaedics have follow-up appointments, and my wife has already announced that she wants to eat here again. Is there a higher praise? Hardly."
