Anema e Core - Menu

It is a small, smart and familiarly trattoria. The meals are great with fresh and good quality. The staff are very attentively.

Beautiful evening, lovely place, excellent food, good wine, great desert... what an excellent way to celebrate my birthday with my lived one. First time there but surely to be repeated.

The pizza is always excellent. The staff are genuinely Neapolitan (and in Lugano this is no small feat... . Unfortunately they make you pay (CHF 2.50 for the sad little plate that you find on the table when you sit down, with two tiny pieces of cold, clotted pizza. Strange operation to collect money...

we were three couples, ordered mix of pasta, pizza and grilled fish. eating was excellent, the service was very nice. only the prices were a bit strange, as the daily price was not announced and an extra French fries was offered without mentioning that. that is against fee. I don't think this was intentional, but it's the bottom of 4 instead of 5 stars.

I usually don't post reviews, but I had to go after one of the worst dinners in the last story. I had pasta with a clam sauce that was soggy and watery. the muddles themselves were not too bad, but the rest of the dish was almost unusable. left after the main course and had dessert in another restaurant because I didn't want to risk trying out their desserts.

we were looking forward to an evening with friends and opted for the beautiful surroundings of this restaurant at the river. the weather was pleasant and we sat outside. the disappointment was largely due to a slow service. it took an hour to get our pizza the restaurant was not packed and there was a good number of waiters. perhaps the kitchen had to be cut back to the staff due to covid, in this case I would be more understanding. the staff was friendly overall. the waiter offered us a limoncello on the house for the delay, which was a nice gesture, but neither the coffee nor the limoncello arrived, we had to ask for the coffee three times. the pizzas were delicious and the ingredients wer...

Few days ago we went to Anema e Core with some friends to enjoy a pizza and a beer together. The place is close to the university, along the river and in front of Ospedale italiano. The place is well decorated, staff was very friendly...and there is a good choice of food, from pizzas to meat and fish, pasta etc. We all took a pizza, which were all pretty good. Mine with fresh tuna was great, and the chili oil was very fiery, as I like and should always be. We also took desserts which unfortunately left to be desired: priced at 9.50 each you expect a lot of rum on your baba but that was not the case, and my babamisu was quite smalm and had too much podwered choc on top. Together with a friend we stopped by to grab a quick pizza before going to the cinema immediately afterwards. I 'll start by saying that I 've already been there twice and so far I 've always had a good time. We ordered two pizzas and a water to drink, wanting to save it for later. We were the first customers, they had already placed a little something on the table for us to munch on which I appreciated and asked two different waiters if we didn 't also want an aperitif.
