we go every year to eat in the art of water, from the breakdown in belgium. the value/price ratio is unbeatable compared to what is found in the breakdown. This is really French gastronomy. for the price of a break-out fries , you have a complete menu to the art of water including tasting/entrance/plat/dessert. everything is refined, and the staff is thoughtful and quick. A highly recommended address! It really is worth crossing the border.

It takes time to spare, because everyone wants to be here. Delicious three-way menu with plenty of choice for 31 bucks. with a modified glass of wine for each participation, it's 41 euros. Not to dismay. Excellent quality and all fresh products. The restaurant was full, and according to the patrols, it was all rigged. Going back is a certain must when we're around. The big free parking in the neighborhood was full during a day in the week. Probably by the warm weather, because also on the beach, a large crowd was visible.
