"I went with a group of friends and was so impressed that I wanted to bring my husband and kids for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, when we arrived we found that our booking was not recorded, even though we had paid a deposit at the time of booking. We were left with the option to sit outside in the cold, which we were not dressed for. Due to this experience, we won't be returning to this restaurant. The price per person was £20-£30."
