"well on all front menu, service, decor and, for only a nominal cork fee, they can also drink byo. not quite a good culinary experience, but definitely good value for money and eating that is cooked to order is in order. Personally, I...might wish it a bit more to the onion bhaji starter (the best we ever had, we made and cooked for ourselves), but it's okay. like most Indian restaurants there is no dessert menu, but otherwise this place is great for us, as there are only a few minutes walk from where we live."

Last minute decision to eat out, they let us in on short notice and were super friendly. Tasty food and really friendly staff, great location on Gloucester Road too! We’ll be back!

Wouldn't have normally walked in here, but read reviews which were great and I'm glad I did! Great food, BYO, and pleasant staff. Will definately be back and getting the 20 off the take aways as well.

We’ve had two takeaways from Asian Spicy now. We’ve tried different Indians in Bristol but it doesn’t beat this one and we will continue to go back. The delivery was quick both times and the food was delicious and steaming hot!

So I just got back home for Christmas and I was really poorly. I needed something to pick me up. My friends recommended asian spicy and without a doubt I agreed. ASIAN spicy is my go to Indian curry place. So I recommend it 100....I hope everyone has a nice Christmas and a happy new year.

can not recommend very enough. we had only a fantastic curry, between four of us it came just under 50 to popadoms, curryreis and naan. fantastic place and the young waiter is fantastic, we wished he had more tilted, but we didn't have... cash and card tips don't go to the waiter. will be visited soon

This is a fantastic local Indian restaurant that serves excellent quality fresh food at a reasonable price. The unpretentious interior and extremely friendly staff have made this one of my favourite places to eat in Bristol and they have been more than happy to accommodate...large groups of us on several occasions. Would recommend the jalfrezi!

Absolutely love this place, always made to feel very welcome and has a very relaxed atmosphere which is nice. It does the best chicken tikka masala. Think the food is such great value too, went went on Wednesday and did the 9.95pp deal which includes...a starter, main, rice and naan. Was so much food between us we had to take some home! Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend :).
