Love everything from the moment that I step inside till the moment that I leaved. Excellent service, excellent food and beautiful charming place.

Came here with my wife and had one of the best dinners ever! This place brings you back in time! Incredible atmosphere end exquisite food and wine! REALLY a MUST!

Great restaurant, which was quite unique serving excellent food at sensible prices. Run by the owners, The Inquisitor, I would go again and again one again it is the people that make a great place to eat.

What a discovery. Up many steps toward the castle and there hidden away is a delightful warm and cozy place to eat. Cavernous atmosphere with a friendly helpful host serving fantastic food. I will be visiting here more when I come again.

As real foodies we decided to try this restaurant. Already when reserving a table we experienced great service as we also did throughout the evening. We especially want to praise the venison dish which was exquisite. The local couple running the restaurant are great and definitely know their business!!

It was nestled in the medieval part of the city. Quite a long walk, but nicely decorated, great service and typical French style cuisine. Try the mushroom and snail: it's great!Very naughty chocolate dessert, as well.We tried the deer with a sour sweet cranberry sauce, but next time I will probably go for the duck: it sounded mouthwatering.

The place itself is amazing, carved into rock. I thought it would be a bit claustrophobic but strangely although it was compact it felt open and airy. The dining experience was fantastic. There were five of us and we all tried something different and we were all trying each other's dishes and each one was unique and delicious. The owner could not have been more helpful and encouraged us with our French although he could speak perfect English. There was no one dish that I could pick to recommend as they were all delicious. We liked it so much that we booked it for the next night. It was all in all a great experience that I am looking forward to repeating.

Found this restaurant whilst I was wandering around town.Carved into the rock which offers an interesting setting and restaurant format. It is worth visiting the loo for the laugh value, even the owner appreciates it quirkiness and laugh factor! Recalling the delightful meal we had here even now triggers a Pavlovian reflex. Nestled in a townhouse in the old part of Roquebrune, this cavernous - in the literal sense of the word - restaurant is atmospheric and cosy in the soft lighting. Most tables were for couples or small groups, but they were able to accommodate our group of eight. The couple who run this place are a formidable duo and the service and food alike are excellent.
