It's incredibly well done, I loved it. the view through the mirazur window and the atmosphere are both world class. servers were perfect, always there when you want but not intrusive, and flexible in a way that is not automatic in these very appreciated gems. the team is accessible, as it is appropriate and gives the feeling that you render it service by coming, rather than the reverse. but their food is the best of all. My wife and I had dinner for the first time in midrazur in April 2005, the week of her opening. as we spend our vacation in garavan chin every year, it is tempting to simply go down and enjoy each trip, but one thing that mirazur is not, it is that it is cheap. However, we have dined here several times in the years that followed and it is gratifying to say that it was our pleasure to experience it, as an early child, grow in the genius that it is. the current signature menu is perfect, inventive and satisfying. The kitchen is exquisite. lovingly prepared by the chef and his wonderful cooking staff. we arrived inevitably early and were warmly welcomed even if the restaurant was not yet really open. So I'm not a restaurant contributor although I'm a big fan of the good food and the pleasure of a good meal. I booked this restaurant because it's number 4 in the world's top 50. As you can imagine, I had great expectations. From the very beginning, the restaurant has not enough parking space compared to the number of tables so it was a break to park my car.
