"So I'm not a restaurant contributor although I'm a big fan of the good food and the pleasure of a good meal. I booked this restaurant because it's number 4 in the world's top 50. As you can imagine, I had great expectations. From the very beginning, the restaurant has not enough parking space compared to the number of tables so it was a break to park my car. No valet service either. the dining room has a beautiful view of chin but a very simple decoration and the chairs at the beginning were good but at the end of the meal I had a huge buttache, literally. the chef offers 3 types of menus. the smallest has 6 courses and starts at 110€. at the bottom of each menu, the chef offers the wines to drink with. I chose the smallest (110€) and the employee asked me if I wanted to follow the wine suggestion. I agreed, so it went with the meal. First of all, food wasn't that good. Very simple. Nothing we can expect from a 2 star restaurant michelin! the wines I knew are medium in any supermarket. The service was good but for twice they missed the silverware. At the end of the meal, one of the employees asked me if I wanted to try cheese before dessert. it is not included in the menu price, but no prices were said and nowhere you could read it. We ate a great small portion of cheese. two small pieces of cheese that a 4-year-old could eat in a minute to new york. Here's the check. 500€!!! cheese cost for two, 38€, the wine I hoped to be the wine suggested in my menu of 110€ and which had the price of 45€ was billed and served the wine of the most expensive menu (210€) to 90€ per person. Nobody asked us if we really wanted the most expensive wine list. It was really a disappointment. a waste of time and money because it was not a meal to remember even taken the price factor!"

visited with the whole family, including a one-year-old child. the staff is looking too well at us and the food was much better than expected! the cook even came and visited all tables, including photos and a short conversation. Overall, a wonderful experience we will never forget.

Whoa, what's the matter with mirazur? My wife and I had one of the best tastings in our lives. each detail was carefully studied throughout the evening. the rare pigeon associated with an exceptional St-Emilion red was certainly a strong moment, but honestly, we loved each dish. I'd go back there without hesitation.

The mirazur is what he is! One of the best restaurants I know. and I ate in many restaurants rewarded by michelin. It is the total concept of a warm welcome by staff, beautifully dressed wooden taboos and food. all, piece by piece, real works of art! and the uren stut and taste are bulls eye! My mother lives 500 m from the restaurant mirazur, and every year (sometimes twice a year) I take here with me in this restaurant. and again and again, I feel blessed and very fortunate. booking time is not too long (about 2-3 weeks) and it is also one of the things I love. a very large but comfortable and relaxed restaurant. service is more than excellent, and from the moment you enter, you are in the...

the fourth place at the worlds50best restaurant is well deserved. magnificent location overlooking the coast of azur with menu options with several dishes that each highlight the passion of the mauro colagreco chef for local ingredients and artistic presentation. Our lunch included more than 8 dishes including a creative 4-course tomato dish including a roasted tomato with mozzarella milk sardines, oysters with shallots and pear juice, red beets with caviar cream, a scallop steak, a perfectly cooked pigeon and a light and refreshing lemon sorbet with almond espuma. the service was impeccable and hotel master, m. laurent bouveyron was attentive and shared wonderful stories (and photos)! on th... after our July 9 dinner in the mirazur, it is now the best culinary experience in my life. dining room (1st floor) and its view, world-class service (attentioned but personal nothing pretentious) and of course the mastery of food. we debated between the menu 11 dishes and the signature menu (8 courses); we have all four chosen the signature after an explanation of the differences by the main server. The amusementum prepared our palaces for a meal that, according to my experience, has no rival. As I wrote in previous reviews, my previous favourites included tasting (prague) and the table of eugenics (paris.) finally, the sommelier - a young Argentine woman - was exceptional because she knew e...

I booked more than two months in advance as a party dinner for us and another couple. we ate very well - the menu of eleven dishes with chords and wines - but I really didn't like to face the back of the restaurant all night. Is there a sea view? Who knows! There was a bit of dismay at our arrival, and the receptionist rushed into the dining room to take a look at us before we came up, as if we had arrived in the early days, which was a little welcoming start. She then came back to make us sign up to a table below the middle of the restaurant. We suspected that the group that preceded us by about 30 seconds had not loved its table and took ours. Of course, we were there for food and wine fir...

It's incredibly well done, I loved it. the view through the mirazur window and the atmosphere are both world class. servers were perfect, always there when you want but not intrusive, and flexible in a way that is not automatic in these very appreciated gems. the team is accessible, as it is appropriate and gives the feeling that you render it service by coming, rather than the reverse. but their food is the best of all. After a few unique and first-rate hospitable hors-d'oeuvres, bread and oyster, it simply came out the best beans salad I've ever met, fresh and complex. It was followed by a sensational beet with caviar sauce. I have water in my mouth, just remembering when I write this. all... View menu

My wife and I had dinner for the first time in midrazur in April 2005, the week of her opening. as we spend our vacation in garavan chin every year, it is tempting to simply go down and enjoy each trip, but one thing that mirazur is not, it is that it is cheap. However, we have dined here several times in the years that followed and it is gratifying to say that it was our pleasure to experience it, as an early child, grow in the genius that it is. the current signature menu is perfect, inventive and satisfying. It would be an injustice to distinguish or sing praise from one course rather than another. However, I will comment on peripheral dishes, melt-wine chords and cheese tray. the choices...

we spend summers to nice and enjoyed many wonderful restaurants. mirazur is among the best. The kitchen is exquisite. lovingly prepared by the chef and his wonderful cooking staff. we arrived inevitably early and were warmly welcomed even if the restaurant was not yet really open. We felt like we were at home in this beautiful starred restaurant so famous. waiting for our table, our drinks were accompanied by really fabulous and very special accessories, prepared and presented with love. Although the atmosphere is formal, it is far from being stifling or affected as it may be with restaurants of this calibre. we were offered several different menus and we went with the recommendation of the...

"the location was attractive. a small picturesque square slightly in draw with a foliage and Mediterranean charm. the restaurant had an outdoor terrace but we decided to eat inside. rustic decoration well maintained. abundance of natural stones and plaster walls of rustic color, nice vaulted type ceiling and terracotta tile floor. We loved him. the kitchen was visible on the path of the toilet and everything seemed chief, busy and good omen. Unfortunately, it's the end of the good news. My wife chose to start with the anchovies leaf and I am the raw ham. The anchovie was not good. Very strange flavor. Too salty. hard dough background. My ham was cut too thick, making the meal difficult. I had to ask for olive oil and gem salt. certainly not the best ham I've had. no comparison with parma or iberico. disappointing. the main dishes were the fish pot and the spaghetti with ceps. Both were a disaster. The fish were cut off. filled with small but important bones. the two rather sad gambas were small and boiled to death. the portion of fish and the quality at the price were bad. Maybe the bisque was swept. The pasta was not good and we left them. we paid 72 euros for this and a very small glass of medium wine and a bottle of flat water. I think chin food is usually not good. French are rather complacent and seem to believe that their historical reputation is enough. Not if. the area is very frequented by tourists and I guess most are unlikely to return to the area, so they think they can get away with it. It's a shame and I couldn't recommend this restaurant. we visit the family regularly to chin, so we would like to find a decent restaurant at a reasonable price. even our family seems to have a bad time. Why? It's the france."
