"Go for the setting. Food is not the main attraction. Beautiful place in a serene garden with the classic upscale curated Ibiza boho look. Service is attentive. We went for lunch. Ordered one salad to share which was overpriced and I could see it was pre-cut and pre-mixed as the cabbage shreds had a bit of oxidation. The entrees were the vegetarian options. Ravioli with spinach and cheese in a pesto and tomato sauce. (In Italy it’s called Portofino sauce) and a mushroom asparagus lasagna. The ravioli were seriously problematic. Drowned in red sauce with the green pesto dolloped on top. You could not even see the ravioli. They were all lumped and mushed together under the massive sauce cover and we had to cut into them as if it was another lasagna. Don’t want to be excessive, but Chef Boyardee ravioli came to mind. One star. Heartburn red sauce. The lasagna was nice. The pasta sheets thicker than necessary, making it chewy and not delicate, but the flavor was good. They charge 5 euros for water and the wine pour was skimpy. I was taken aback by the terrible ravioli. But if ambiance is your focus, it delivers. I would not return to sample the rest. It was pretty much a miss food wise. Still. We had a good time. It’s pretty. Bill was 35 Eu each. Salty. But we were prepared. If food were worth it……"

Sitio encantador para ir a comer. Los camareros muy atentos y enrollados y la comida deliciosa. Pedimos una ensalada de vieiras (punto de cocción perfecto, a diferencia de muchos otros restaurantes), una berenjena rellena estilo marroquí y un brownie contundente y sabroso. Los tres platos estaban buenísimos.

Estuvimos en Ibiza una semana en Noviembre disfrutando de la isla casi desierta y encontramos nuestro oasis en Aubergine. Encantadores en el trato y muy buenos platos. La comida es deliciosa, tienen muy buena cocina. Los platos veganos son muy originales y de sabores de fusión árabe, así como su decoración. El lugar es muy bonito. No pongo 5 estrellas porque el servicio fue muy muy lento, tuvimos que insistir con varias peticiones (se les olvidaba el agua, 30 min para el postre, y la cuenta nunca llegó, por lo que finalmente decidimos levantarnos a pagar en caja para poder irnos) Aun así lo recomiendo

Resturante de la cadena Atzaro. Como no puede ser de otra manera, la calidad de la comida y las bebidas es muy buena. Sobre todo las verduras, que por lo visto están servidas directamente desde su huerta. Tienen bastante variedad en la carta pero los precios tienden a estar subiditos (se paga la marca Atzaro y la decoración rústica tan esmerada de esta marca). Hay restaurantes más sencillos y económicos pero es una buena opción para ir al menos una vez y conocerlo.
