"National restaurant: 92 via Nazionale Bagnasco Cuneo Trattoria on the road that from Ceva leads to Garessio very simple and informal, not pretentious, nonwoven tablecloths, home kitchen, wood stove that, in addition to making environment, integrates radiators, enough clean bathrooms, pleasantly non noisy environment, friendly and attentive staff. Lunch on Friday 23 December 2022 for two people: right to the very aromatic pesto of basil, to the ragù with additional scodellina (exaggerated) of pleasant seasoning on the palate; trippe with beans and potatoes not watery and long cooking with the right balance of the scents used; boiled mixed everything except imperial but good, with sausage not too fat, tongue, lean meat, head. It is an honorable piece, cooked correctly and in an appropriate portion. When you perform the green sauce of the good house, red Mutti without problems, mustard not tasted; smooth potato and boiled cabbage retaken in pan but not fat. Poor, seasonal, appetizing stuff without being heavy; sparkling water and a half pine wine. Certainly not a Sassicaia, but without defects; coffee at the bar. We ate well and enough, spending 35€ in total. And we have absolutely not felt the need for Alka Seltzer"

Having found no place in two other restaurants in the area, we arrived for the first time in this restaurant. They immediately welcomed us carefully and let us sit down. We took an appetizer to divide into two, my husband a first, I a second and contour and mineral water. I have some light intolerances, but I've been great. Very good and tasty food, honest price. Great service. To definitely return. Parking: Parking is reserved for guests of the restaurant

we stopped a little by chance in this trattoria already look at other times. we found an excellent and courteous welcome and food and home atmosphere, as it is increasingly difficult to find. genuine trattoria where the lady politely listed the proposal of the house as it once happened and we chose ravioli, handmade noodles to mushrooms and a great rabbit to the Ligurian. we stopped there because we were waiting for the return trip but the desserts we saw, even made in the house, were absolutely inviting! We'll be back for sure!
