"Went for a walk along the beautiful coast, found this little gem. The lady that greated us (the owner) was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The whole venue was very well decorated and looked very smart. We proceeded to the bar and ordered a drink, this came with free nibbles. We took a seat at a table and was presented with a menu, the prices are not rock bottom but when you see the food you'll be impressed, very good quality and lots on the plates. I had a tart and it was made with a large slice of bread instead of pastry, delicious and dad had goats cheese on toast, both these were very big and very tasty. We also sank a nice glass of chardonnay each and some free water. Overall experience was top quality and the music added a relaxed feel. Go and visit you'll not be disappointed."

decent enough farewell, but more snack-style food. the service wanted to begin but seemed to pass when they realized how much we probably spend what we did! beautiful position and beautiful and chilled.

Decent enough fare but more snacky lunch style fodder. Service was wanting to begin with but seemed to perk up when they realised how much we were likely to spend which we did! Nice position and nice and chilled.

this is a beautiful beach restaurant right next to a large parking lot. it is literally right on the beach so that the prospects are stunning. the staff is very friendly and welcoming and speak excellent English. it has a lot of atmosphere and is. very clean. I ordered the four cheeses, which was huge, but tasty and a crispy greener byhalate. my man ordered the filet de fletan served with garlic/rose potatoes also delicious. the tartine was and the fish good value for the location and quality of food. will definitely return. p.s the burgers also looked delicious.

my man and I are regularly seasonal guests in le knells. we love the outdoor dining experience and the feeling of sand between the zehen. the selection of fresh and crafty weeping (good selection served by the glass) is very good for a casual beach...eaterie I usually choose for the salmon and shrimp tea the quality and presentation is consistently good. we have warmed up on the front side of the house that came in the early days as something. we are trying to speak a little French, and we are convinced that this is appreciated. the good service will welcome every visitor.

This is a beautiful beach front restaurant right next to a large car park. It is literally right on the beach so the views are stunning. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and speak excellent English. It has lots of atmosphere and is also very clean. I ordered the four cheese tartine which was huge but delicious and a crispy green side salad. My husband ordered the filet de fletan served with garlic/rosemary potatoes - also delicious. The tartine was E12 and the fish E16. Good value for the location and quality of food. Will definitely return. p.s. the burgers also looked delicious.

We stumbled on k-nell's whilst on holiday in Brittany and what a find in Saint Cast Le guido. The restaurant is right on the beach and the kids were literally able to play in the lovely white sand next to the tables. The waiter was...attentive and friendly (for a change in France and the menu was varied. The food came well prepared and was delicious. The views out into the bay are incredible and it felt like being in Australia or the South of France in the sunshine with the sea being a lovely green/blue. We ate outside but the interior looked nice and toilets were very clean. Fantastic beach and great restaurant to grab some lunch if you're in the area. Recommended.

This week saw us in St Cast, and we tried this restaurant, What a delight, warm welcome. attentive staff, English spoken (better than our French The food served promptly was delicious. The entrecote steak with a subtle pepper sauce as good as anything I've tasted....My wife had a tartine poulet, almost beaten by the size followed by a chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream whilst I went for the beurre and sucre crepe. Delightful, especially as the butter was slightly salted, a combination that worked. The view from amongst the sand dunes down to the beach of Pen Guen adds to the atmosphere. Try it, not least for the value for money. What would such a meal cost in Chester...
