"I made a reservation with a popular restaurant app Once we arrived at the restaurant early they told us that the kitchen was closed because they had few customers that day. PS:In response to the owner: The booking was made just under an hour before, if for you 45 minutes are just a few minutes, there is no point in talking about it since the perception of time is subjective. In the app, it is the restaurant manager who decides the times at which to make reservations and not just the opening and closing times, so if he leaves the possibility of booking a table at 3:00 pm, those who do so expect to be able to eat. If he prefers to be called, it is the restaurant that has to write it down and certainly not a question of common sense on the part of the customer. As regards the rest of his collaborators, he was not the object of criticism since the problem was not that but the fact that he allows bookings at closing time and it is quite ridiculous that he uses this argument to justify his lack of it, given that he is the manager of the restaurant whether or not to allow its employees to work out of hours, certainly not the customer. In conclusion, take this review as advice, since if you are not capable of using a platform, either you get help from experts or it is better not to register your business on it as it can lead to unpleasant situations not worthy of a historic place like his. They arrived on Sunday at 1.30pm, to give the child a plate of pasta. Full place and busy tables. They made us sit anyway and cooked an excellent dish of paccheri with sauce in record time.
