"basara is certainly among the best in milan in its kind. the unexceptionable quality of raw material and the menu that offers many interesting dishes, as well as really superlative desserts, are its strengths. delicious the thousand smoked leaves of salmon to the flame and avocado and tartare salmon of avocado and green apple, which we took as the first course. always a guarantee the uramaki, especially those with black cod and mango and mild sauce and, of course, those with gratin absice, a real must. pleasant presentations for appetizers; a little more intrusive but still beautiful instead those of the uramaki, with stones and trays in wood with bark. a small imperfection in the service in my opinion regarding the degotation of sakè, I would have preferred that I had told me more about what I was drinking, while the thing was a little too fast. as early desserts, a Japanese cheesecake and a chocolate cake, are delicious. I appreciate the fact that all the cakes are brought to the table to choose them. the account is high but fine sum; I think, however, you can find better in the city as value for money if you want to eat Japanese! in any case a restaurant that you can not recommend, overall."
