I had two big cams of a homemade mousse au chocolat that I found excellent. A little fruit was also on my slate board. My wife's pannacotta was also excellent. 2020: Chef and service are now also a well-established team in the new, larger premises. Steaks are still at the highest level. For steakgenuss we only go to the BBQ. 2017: The boss knows exactly what he does and if it allows his time, he sits on the table for an entertaining chat to his guests. If you eat a steak, then you can't get a steak in normal restaurants.

Yesterday Steak enjoyed the US Nebraska Filet. Indescribable, perfect meat, whether medium or medium sized, totally delicate, tastefully wonderful, absolutely grilled to the point. The caramelized carrots were somehow better in the past, this time too much sauce, which tasted a little sour, the other supplements (gratin, chapignons, pepper sauce) were as good as usual. Mousse au Chocolat, Espresso, Grappa, all right. Eat that makes you happy. The boss is sympathetic and dominates his profession.

We were there yesterday with 6 people on the occasion of a birthday. Both the birthday child and ALL guests were more than satisfied. From the surroundings (dry corona restrictions), to service, to food, everything was a 1 with a star! The boss took a lot of time and explained how the evening will take place, including a little insight into the meat customers. Other words would simply be superfluous here. "Ein neues italienisches Resturant in Hannover -Oststadt. Erst ein Eintrag auf diesem Medium ? Verwunderlich :-)Das Roy´s liegt genau in der richtigen Ecke des Volgersweg. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch gepflegt draußen sitzen. Lärm und Abgase gibt es nicht wirklich. Langsam zieht mal das eine oder andere Auto vorbei.Im Innenbereich ist das Restaurant sehr schön , modern und in dunkelen Farben eingerichtet. Tische und Stühle in angenehmer Entfernung zueinander. Hier kann man sich auch bei regem Besuch sehr wohl fühlen.Das Restaurant ist getragen von dem Gedanken eigentlich am Gardasee in Bardolino zu sitzen. Als wenn man im Urlaub wäre.Die Weine bezieht der Gastwirt vom dortigen ZINO Weingut.Der Wirt (Roy) ist ein durchweg sypathischer und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Getränke kommen schnell , sehr gut temperierter Weißwein(Lugano) und Weizenbier. Als Vorspeise Vitello T. und Büffelmorzarella mit Tomaten. Preislich wie üblich zwischen 8 und 10 Euro. Geschmack: Absolut lecker ,...einen gute Wahl. Hauptgang: Spagetti Marina und Lamm-Nuss. Beides auf den Punkt. Meeresfrüchte mit Geschmack und nicht tot gegart. Das Lamm mit schöner Krüste und innen perfekt zart auf den Punkt. Dazu Tomaten-Schafskäsesoße. Auch hier konnte man beide Zutaten perfekt heraus schmecken.Als Beilage Rosmarinkartoffeln und Gemüse. So geht wirklich gutes italienisch -mediteranes Essen. Preislich zwischen 12 und 20 Euro. Absolut angemessen mit guten Portionen. Dann Tiramisu ....große Portion, sehr gute Konsistenz, geiler Geschmack. Preislich um 5,- Euro.Fazit: Da geht absolut mehrmals . Ein schöner , moderner und nicht überkandidelter Italiener mit schönem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Angenehmes Ambiente und nette Bedienung. Herr Stache......, sehr gut gemacht. Wir kommen wieder.PS.
