Food was Delicious, service was excellent, they even gave us an extra portion of sweet potato fries for nothing because it was so busy!

Great food, friendly and polite staff. So attentive to our needs. Food was fresh and hot , it was so nice, relaxed environment and high chair for our baby who loved all the attention. Cookie dough desert was so nice too.

we put 12 of us, and we waited to sit 5 minutes, beautiful staff, eating was beautiful, 3 curs kinder meal £5.95 older child 3 curs £7.95 bargain. in any case recommend. either a family friends out at night or for a date night.

Waaah I love the food very delicious...I would strongly recommend you to taste their food. Nice and friendly staff too. The view is spectacular especially at night. It's location is wonderful with Cinema opposite if you wanna go to see a movie before or after your meal. I love their sweetie potatoes and stake lets say everything including Mojito

cleo may be the most efficient, professional and welcoming employee I have ever experienced in hospitality. her love for detail and the warm welcoming atmosphere is not too short. she is clearly a problem-solder with a passion to keep the customer happy. I'm blown away. by their service. this angel is more certified asset for the company will eat again without doubt!

excellent food and service from the nice staff they have here. I can't expect much less from bella italia than all. when they sit on the far side of the window, they get some nice views, especially in summer. many variety, good prices and they do a really nice breakfast as well. normally very good and would give 5 stars, but once visited and got the wrong eating, we explained this to our server, who said they were going to check with the cook and back to us, but never did- after a 10 minute we wait to pay and were set for a few months.

Came here before a trip to the floral pavilion theatre with my 2 daughters, we first went into prezzo but were left standing by the door for 10 minutes before being seated despite there being plenty of empty tables and informed we would wait at...least 30 mins for food so decided to try bella italia next door and what a difference we were greeted and seated right away staff were attentive without being rushed food was very good quality served quickly enough and Luke who was our waiter was very helpfull and cheerfull nothing was too much trouble we were so impressed we have booked to go again before another theatre trip in couple of weeks and will be going there plenty of times in the future...

I arrived in what I thought would be plenty time to eat and still get to the theatre for 7.30 as it is about three minutes walk from the restaurant. When I got there at 6.15 I was told by front of house the girl...said she would see if she could free up a table in a couple of minutes. I bought a drink at the bar and she came and led me to a table saying that someone would take my order in a couple of minutes. Even although there were many empty tables and no-one ever sat at any of them during the hour that I was there. 14 minutes later I decided I had better leave as a waiter was swanning around with a large pepper mill and chatting to one young couple. I went to the bar to pay for my drink...
